Leinaala Oceanfront #303 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the 3rd floor with a panoramic ocean view. It has window air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV in the living room, telephone service, and free WIFI. The kitchen was just recently updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and most of the appliances have been replaced. The bathroom vanity and counters were just recently replaced in 2024 as well. There is a queen bed with a brand new mattress (March 2024) a ceiling fan, a/c in the bedroom, and a tub shower combo in the bathroom. The living room provides air conditioning as well as a sofa bed, a recliner, and a television. Enjoy the gorgeous view and the cooling trade winds as you relax and enjoy a meal on your private lanai. For outdoor activities, Leinaala Oceanfront #303 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Leinaala Oceanfront is a small 24 unit oceanfront property with panoramic views. Each unit faces the ocean. Leinaala has a relaxed and private atmosphere with a great feeling of the aloha spirit. Beachside tennis courts are available for use.

The unit was very clean. Only thing was the mattress topper. Way too soft. Had 2 layers of foam. After taking it off, we were fine. The view from the unit is awesome. Beautiful green lawn with view of ocean and sunset. There were beach chairs and lots of amenities. Beach was easy walking distance. We rented a kayak which was delivered and walked it to the beach where we launched. Well kept up unit.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen had pots and pans, you needed to cook with but no spices or oils, except salt and pepper. No coffee, coffee filters, creamers, sugar or essentials needed to cook.

I enjoyed my stay here. Easy check-in, they provided helpful instructions before my arrival. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Loved the view from the balcony as well! There was a tsunami warning during my stay and we all had to evacuate; the manager was very helpful in suggesting places to go and keeping me updated about when it was safe to return - very much appreciated!

First time in Maui

We were very pleased with out stay at this property. It wasn't high end and ritz but the the view was incredible. We were on the 3rd floor. The appliances all worked well, bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. It was very quite. We would stay here agai

Loved the view

Absolutely fabulous view. Waterfront view. Sat on lanai every morning enjoyed the view. Only minor problem was beach was quite rocky. Otherwise we would stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Paradise in Paradise

This was our second stay in this condo and we loved it both times. It is very comfortable and it is in a peaceful location. The easy walk across the park to the beach, along with the incredible views from the condo make this a special place to stay. Stephen, the grounds caretaker, is really friendly and helpful and keeps the place looking great. There are some minor things that would make this place perfect: block out blinds or drapes in the bedroom (currently the drapes don’t quite cover the window and are too shear), cookware for the oven (currently there is only a cookie sheet), and more bath towels. There are drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom that contain unnecessary items that could be cleared out and used for more purposeful items for guests.

Pros: The condo was easy to find, clean, and a great location to a park and shopping. Cons: The AC units were loud, especially the AC unit in the bedroom. The AC unit in the living room drained into a bowl on the patio, which overflowed constantly onto the patio floor. We had to empty the bowl 4-5 times daily so it wouldn't spill onto the patio floor. However, we were thankful that the AC unit existed at all. And we had ear plugs that helped while sleeping. Overall, a very good condo.

We’ll Be Back!

We enjoyed staying here immensely. The views were spectacular, the location was perfect for us, the furniture was comfortable and the unit was updated and nicely decorated. My only suggestion is to provide more towels for the guests. Although the unit has access to a washer/dryer, having to take time to wash and dry towels takes time away from enjoying Maui. Since there is no service that changes out towels such as in a hotel, it would be nice to have extra towels in a cabinet. Overall, this place is ideal and we will be back.

It was a great time with family. Liked the view from the balcony and closeness to the beaches. The bed was very uncomfortable in the condo. The bed would sink in the center and would give sleepless night. Other customers have also provided the same feedback about the bed. The property management must do something about the bed so the stay is more comfortable.

Great location to explore town

This place was in a great location to explore Kīhei and Maui, and the views can’t be beat! Access to the beach was incredible and we enjoyed sunset each night. It’s a very basic, no-frills place but you’re renting this place for other perks. Only downside is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It’s old and my wife and I struggled to get comfortable in it each night.

The perfect option

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet and relaxing. Away from the super-touristy areas, Kihei has a much more local feel to it. The Leinaala property is a very short walk to a beach and within an east drive to many of the island’s destination spots.
