Leinaala Oceanfront #304 is a fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that sleeps four, featuring one king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views, the West Maui Mountains, and stunning year-round sunsets. Watch whales from your lanai with your morning coffee during whale season. This unit is equipped with smart TVs for your streaming entertainment. The property also features an oceanfront pool and provides access to public tennis courts right in front of the condo.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Leinaala is a small 24 unit oceanfront property with panoramic views. Each unit faces the ocean. Leinaala has a relaxed and private atmosphere with a great feeling of the aloha spirit. Beachside tennis courts are available for use.

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was a perfect location with the beach right out front. The sunsets were beautiful & the beach was never crowded. It's not a good snorkeling beach but we were fine with that. You can walk out very far in the water and still only be waist deep in the water. We saw multiple sea turtles up close everyday & even saw two manta rays right by the shore. It was nice that they have beach chairs, towels, a beach cart, beach toys (if you had kids with you). We used this stuff everyday. It was our first time staying in Kihei & we'll definitely be back.

Roach infestation

I don’t want to be all negative I stayed in this same building (different unit) 2 years ago and had no problems. The property manager was super helpful and communicative and I really appreciated her. But there were roaches EVERYWHERE I get that it’s Maui and tropical but a roach burrowed a hole in the toilet paper and I thought it was just a spot until my son smashed it and its guts smeared. The first day I only saw a few dead ones and thought oh they must have just sprayed but the second day the neighbors had workers (we though pest control) And that night we saw tons my niece came in screaming that they were in the bathroom when she went to use it. I turned on the lights and literally 5/6 scattered. Went to look for bug spray under the kitchen sink and 10-12 scattered. Spent $40 at Walmart for spray and new toothbrushes because yes they scurried across ours on the counter. Rentals Maui sent someone over the very next day to spray/ do traps but that night we still had them in the hall running under floorboards and under the sink the kids wouldn’t sleep on the pullout It was a rough couple of days. Very thankful they moved us so grateful for the property managers it was hard to give up the view but I was so paranoid about taking roaches home in my suitcase. It was my 4th time to Maui I’ve never experienced this! I know a lot of people complained about the parking we rented a Jeep Wrangler sometimes I had to pullout so the passenger could get in but it was nothing too crazy.

Great location, great Oceanview

This is our third time staying at a Rentals Maui property in Leinaala, our first time staying in this unit. The sunset and ocean views are to die for. The unit was well equipped and clean and the couch and king bed both very comfortable. When we checked in initially there were a few tiny roaches in both the bathroom and the kitchen. We have never seen a single bug at the other Leinaala units we've stayed in. The unit itself was very clean so we assume these were from the last tenants. The parking lot was being repaved while we were there so we were told to switch parking spaces a few times by Rentals Maui then by the property manager. The only communication oversight was that the pool closed due to a "broken pump" that we were only informed of by a sign on the pool gate. It would've been nice to receive an email or text from Rentals Maui with that information so we could plan our last days accordingly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, this complex is so endearing, has a great location, and Rentals Maui makes the process very smooth. We will be back!

Gorgeous view, amazing location

The property was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The beach and the views were amazing. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and watching the windsurfers at sunset. The neighborhood has so many great places to check out and explore and it is central to many activities we had on our list. The condo had everything you could need for daily adventures- the owners have really thought through things well- from beach gear, to binoculars, to reusable shopping bags and everything in between. One thing we really appreciated is that the property is smaller and not a big high rise- so it is much less crowded and more secluded feeling than other places. We highly recommend!

Great Stay, View and Location

Condo was clean and nicely decorated with an unobstructed view of the ocean. There is an elevator however we just used the stairs. Parking spot is a bit tight, so if you had a big rig, may take some adjusting between the lines and the two cars parked next to you. We had a full size Nissan Altima. Not really sure where you can park on the street if needed. Other than that, Maui Rentals (Tony) was very supportive when we accidentally locked the screen door so locked ourselves out. Fortunately the Condo Office had a key (don’t lock the screen door). Didn’t hear much slamming of the doors as one or so mentioned, nor others talking other than when sitting outside on the lanai, but if you are a light sleeper you may hear flip flops running down the stairs. Pickleball didn’t start until 8:00 am and really was not bothered by it, could hardly hear amongst the ocean waves and some wind. Walking to restaurants/ shops ~15 minute walk. There is a side street which would be safer than walking S Kihei Rd (walk towards the park parking lot) and/or catch an Uber. Overall, great spot, would recommend! Mahalo!

The view from the patio was incredible and the place was very cute and clean. While we had a parking spot guaranteed, the spot was a little small for the car we had rented and it was difficult to get in. Inside the room, the AC was nice, it does make a noise at night however.

Simply Wonderful

Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located in Kihei with lots of beaches, parks, and food near by. The view off the relaxing balcony is absolutely GORGEOUS. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. Ac was great and loved that they had lots of beach equipment and toys. Check in and out was a breeze. Thanks for the fantastic stay.

We were delighted by this rental property on our first Maui vacation. The pre-rental notifications were very helpful to us in this beautiful home. There was every convenience available, even amenities that we didn’t think of! We definitely felt at home here for the week. We highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful Stay

Loved this condo for the quiet peacefulness and fully appreciated the remarkable sunsets! Rental was incredibly clean and close to the beach. We saw turtles on the beach every day we were here! Would highly recommend.
