  • Enjoy your stay at this newly listed 2BR/2BA premium condo next to the beach in the heart of Kihei. 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to grocery and restaurants. Tropical garden, swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Condo features in unti washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, and WiFi.

    The lanai has Haleakala mountain view, a dining set, and is equipped with beach gear. Vaulted floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings an unobstructed view from the kitchen, bedroom and living room.

    This condo has two bedrooms, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs LOFTED bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The living room has a new memory foam queen sofa bed which can accommodate 2 guests. It has two full baths, one with tub access. Each bedroom also has beautiful outside view and plenty of natural sunlight and breeze.

    Whole condo will be available to the guests. If you care about storage space, there is plenty in the house for guest access. The newly installed washer and dryer units is a rare luxury in Maui and great for in-house laundry after a long day in Maui.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups and all necessary silverware/cooking pots. You may find essential condiments stocked. Anytime you need something, the grocery store is right behind the community at 5 mins walking distance.

    At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

The location being within walking distance to the beach and shopping was great!We had to reach out to the host for one thing and the fast and professional response was amazing. It was a little smaller than what we were expecting but was still manageable and would stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for our home base in Maui. Conveniently located close to the airport (central location!) and walking distance to a beach and lots of restaurants. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well.

Great stay for families, all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay, great to have access to beach equipment so didn’t have to hire and basic kitchen essentials left so we could keep everything clean and tidy.The supermarket, restaurants and beach a few mins walk, a quiet laid back area, if you want something a little busier definitely hire a car, we did as we like to explore the island.

Everything was perfect. The condo is close to everything. It is very well equipped, and very clean. The beach in front of the condo is small but there are lots of turtles! We loved everything! I have no negative comments to say.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Under 5 minutes to a beach with fantastic sunsets and great swimming for adults and kids alike. Saw turtles at the beach and humpback whales from shore. Very clean unit Well stocked kitchen Nice facilities (pool, BBQ) Family friendly Only downsides included earlier checkouts than other properties and slow (or non existent) replies from Bello Realty when trying to contact them via VRBO website messaging platform.

The beach was only a few feet away and had lots of sea turtles! The neighbours were very friendly. We had a couple of issues, but the property management company dealt with it promptly. I would recommend to my friends and we would stay here again.

The images are fairly accurate. It was a bit more cluttered than appears in the photo.The biggest issue was that the unit was getting a new roof the week we were there and there was not communication of that ahead of time. One of our guests was hit with a falling nail and there were screws and nails on the stars leading to the unit. The biggest issue was the banging during the day. We had a toddler that napped and that made it difficult.The owner refunded us 350 of our stay. I will defer to the reader whether that was adequate or not. In general, I would have preferred up front communication and a chance to make a different choice.

Maui adventures

Great location and amenities! Two adult couples shared this condo. It was a perfect size and well equipped: beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, all the typical kitchen equipment. We cooked most of our meals and used the outdoor grill a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer & dryer were awesome. Thanks for providing the dish washer pods and laundry pods! So close to the beach! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Close to grocery store!
