The studio condo was “as advertised”. We were very pleased. The only surprise was the cyclone which hit a couple of days after we arrived & we appreciated that Petra kept in touch with us regarding any concerns we had.

Host was great, amenities were dated, housekeeping fair.I rewahsed sheets, and blanket after finding dead bug debris in bed. There was too much clutter in closets, and some pillows or sheets had odd smell. Time to replace the travel cooler, which was stained and rusted. All pots/pans non- stick coated. One window opener was stripped. and fan arm fell off while we were visiting.This property needs an update.

The unit was clean and comfortable enough but the distance from to the parking space was way too many steps for me because I am partially handicapped. I had no way of knowing that would be the case before I selected the condo. Petra was very helpful and friendly and answered my questions. The usage of the TV remote and the Spectrum remote is confusing both here and at KKN. Perhaps the Instruction sheet in the Binder could be updated. I also suggested to Petra that an ADA a grab handle be installed next to the shower for safety. I believe that the condo could use a comfortable small swivel rocker in front of the TV. It could be easily moved if needing to pull out the futon. Love the nice breeze by opening lanai door and the entrance door. Love the sound of the birds (minus the roosters!).

Petra confirmed a late checkout 4 months in advance of the reservation, two weeks into our vacation she advised she accepted another reservation and we lost our confirmed late checkout which was very disappointing and an unprofessional business practice.The location of the unit was excellent and very quiet with the exception of the very early rising Roosters. Th unit itself was adequate for the price point, had plenty of beach equipment, however, it is in need of a refresh and some needed maintenance (dripping shower tap, noisy ceiling fan and noisy washing machine).

Great location, great hosts. Convenient condo, definitely on the smaller side, but cozy and comfortable spot. Best for a couple and/or maybe one kid, it was just me and my daughter so perfect fit. Had everything necessary for a great trip. Beach gear and kitchen, dedicated parking spot, wifi was consistent and strong inside the unit

We really enjoyed our month long stay in November/December… The suite is indeed very bright and breezy. We never had to use the A/C, just the two ceiling fans helped keep us cool and comfortable.The Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the barbecue grills at the pool were excellent and impeccably clean…Bed, bathroom and living area were perfect for our needs. When we had an issue with the TV, Terry took time out of his Sunday to help us by replacing the cable box and tv remote through the local service provider…Another big plus, the toys!!! They’ve got everything anyone would want for a fun day at the beach. We used the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella almost every day. The adult sized boogie board was also appreciated. We won’t worry about packing snorkelling fins next time, they’ve got sets to fit the whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this unit again.

Restaurants nearby were good: Subway, Maui Icecream, Moose McGillicudy's. It was a very short walk to the beach to catch the beautiful sunsets. We especially enjoyed taking the tour around the complex to find all the listed flowers, trees, and shrubs on the map provided in the unit.

All we can say is AMAZING, from checkin to checkout nothing could’ve been better. Host were open and honest with the accommodations, easy infobook with everything in the condo. From booking to the entire stay host we’re on it. We came forour 25th anniversary and didn’t want to leave. If your a couple looking forthat get away and can’t seem to find a affordable and nice place this is it. We will be coming back and would definitely stay with this host again if available.

2 adults and 1 teen: This was a perfect spot to base our week on the island. Really appreciated how many beaches were within a short walk or drive. Also coffee and amazing cinnamon rolls just up the road. Kihei was excellently located for driving to various destinations. Balcony let us see a piece of the ocean and studio was set up to easily enjoy breezes. It was also well stocked with gear for beach days, and being able to do laundry so we could pack even lighter. Neighbors were quiet and kind. Wifi was smooth, no issues connecting to work / scrolling social media. Facility included swimming pools, tennis, and pickle ball.

A perfect stay

We stayed 11 days. The unit is well eqipped with everything needed and the beach is a very short walk away. The complex is well managed and the office staff are very helpful. The property owner was very responsive. The position of the unit makes it easy to avoid the hot afternoon sun.

Cute little condo in a great location in Kihei. Easy beach access by foot or car. It was also nice to have access to a pool once the wind set in at the beach. Would definitely come back here!

Cozy, comfortable quiet studio in great location

Petra and Terry were friendly welcoming hosts who responded immediately when we had questions or other issues. The studio is cozy, comfortable and quiet with good lighting and a beautiful breeze. We never needed to use the air conditioner. The location is ideal as the beach, restaurants, and shopping are a short walk away. The grounds are attractive and pools exceptionally clean. Everything is well maintained.
