Sugar Beach Resort is located north of downtown Kihei on beautiful Sugar Beach. Sugar Beach stretches for miles on Maui's Maalaea Bay. Stay in our Hawaiian condo and it will be a vacation you will never forget. Sugar Beach Resort is just a 15 minute drive from Maui's Kahului Airport. Enjoy the morning sunrise on the lanai while drinking your coffee before starting your day with all the best kinds of Hawaii fun. We are located right on the beach for beautiful beach walks, swimming, snorkeling and other water sports.
Maui has so many wonderful things to offer. There is Mount Haleakala, at 10,023 ft above sea level, a massive volcano, with a scenic drive all the way to the top (or bike!). Arrive at the top in time for the sunrise or bring your hiking shoes and tour the moonlike trail systems.
Come in the winter months and tp see migrating whales!
Maui has miles of beaches! Rent surf boards, paddle boards or snorkel gear and witness all the beautiful amazing sea life right off the shore!

Comfortable condo

Very well equipped condo with everything you will need. Very clean and comfortable condo with gorgeous views. Close to everything. Farmer's market close by had the sweetest mangos and strawberry papayas if you're craving local, delicious fruits. Thank you for making your condo feel like home.

Everything was amazing!

We have stayed in 10 different units at Sugar Beach, this was our favorite. All appliances are Kitchen Aid, the bed was very comfortable. The views from the lanai were amazing.

Perfect place to unwind

Outstanding! The views were spectacular and we loved hearing the waves crashing on the beach. The condo was clean, well-equipped and perfect for two people. The beach and pool were steps away from the building. Everything was nice and quiet — practically had the beach to ourselves. We hope to return!

Cannot beat the view

The condo was very lovely, nice and clean and stocked with everything you could need! We spent every morning on the lanai, enjoying kona coffee and watching the waves crash onto the beach. You'll want a rental car if you plan to stay here, but it's worth it

The place was wonderful. The view was amazing, the area was quiet and it was nice to have that beach out front and the unit was clean. Hosts provided beach gear which was very courteous. I also found that this rental was very stocked with supplies. The location is great for getting around the entire island. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Kihei Sugar Beach Resort condo! So much better than renting a hotel room. The view of the ocean from this unit was wonderful. We ate many meals out on the balcony. We took advantage of the kitchen and the grill. We appreciated having the beach chairs and cooler--used several times. Access to the beach was so convenient. Walked the beach daily. Accommodations were updated and very clean. Owners communicated well and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We hope to be back in the future. Would definitely recommend this condo to others!

Great place in an ideal location

The apartment looks out onto Sugar Beach just as shown in the photos. It is clean and well-kept, and supplied with everything necessary for a nice long stay. There were lots of lovely touches when we arrived: High-end toiletries, plenty of bath and beach towels, two beach chairs, and a cooler. The lighted magnifying mirror was a nice touch on the bathroom vanity. We had breakfast every morning on the lanai looking out at the beach and ocean. There is a shop on the resort where snorkel gear and other items can be rented for a reasonable rate, and they recommended and booked a great place for us to get surfing lessons. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui!

Spectacular View and Vacation Property

My oh my what a view! The ocean was only steps away and the sandy beach was breath taking. The balcony afforded a spectacular view of the ocean. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you have everything you need for a great stay. The unit was very clean. The owners provided: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a cooler. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and equipment needed to cook a great meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Basically, all you need to do is stock your refrigerator, (laundry soap, dishwasher soap) and consumables and your set! The Snorkel Store is located right at the property. So renting gear was a breeze. The grounds are immaculate. The access to the pool and hot tub is a quick elevator ride down from the unit. We liked how convenient and central this unit was located. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay Judy and Randy!!
