We celebrated a milestone birthday with my family, brothers and sisters and their families . We rented the whole place- 4 separate villas to give each family privacy but the perfect amount of gathering space. The house was stocked with everything you could think of and then some! The only complaint was that we had to leave! "a hui hou"
The lawn is public but added great space for family games and running around for the kids- big and small.

Family dream vacation come true

No detail, communication or service was less than spectacular. From the fully equipped villas to games and lush greenery, we enjoyed our home in paradise for two weeks. Thank you to Jude and Mary for promptly responding to our needs throughout our stay.

Amazing vacation spot for a large family!

My wife and I rented all 4 units at Aloha Villas for a week long stay on Maui. We had 10 adults and 9 children and we couldn't have found a better location on the island. Each family had their own 3 bedroom 3 bath units, and there was plenty of living area. Kids really enjoyed the pool area and the grass area near the beach. The units were fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Property Manager Jude was an excellent host! He was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of the facilities. Even though it's an expensive price tag when you take on all 4 units, it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I highly recommend Aloha Villas!!!@

Lots of space, wonderful views, steps from the beach. Well equipped villas with lovely pool area and plenty of spaces to relax and hang out. You will not be disappointed…

Vacation by the beach

Great location by the beach and for venturing out daily. The condo is great for a my 2 grown children and our friend. We loved sunsets on the patio and on the beach steps away. I would definitely return!

A perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for our family gathering. It is exceptionally well-located -- just steps to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Our unit was immaculate; the check-in/check-out process smooth; and Jude, the property manager, cordial and accommodating. Our only complaint was that two of the mattresses were too soft and needed replacing. Jude assured me he would handle that immediately. The kitchen was really well equipped, making meal preparation easy. The property has a collection of beach items including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and other water toys. When we return to Maui, we will definitely choose this property again.

Gorgeous oceanfront townhouse

Thanks for an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful with high end appliances and a fabulous shower system in each bathroom. The sunset views over the ocean were spectacular, and we enjoyed encountering sea turtles resting along beach a short distance away.

Excellent property!

We had a wonderful stay at Kihei! The property was exactly as described in the post, in terms of location, amenities and proximity to everything. Jude was very accessible to all our questions. The WiFi connectivity was poor and we reached out to Jude to get it fixed, he immediately acted upon it and had the technician in the next day to get it fixed. All in all an excellent experience.

Amazing views and location!!

Aloha Villa’s are amazing!! If you get the opportunity stay in villa 1 or 2 I suggest you go for it! The views are amazing and the host Jude is honestly the best! Very responsive and all of his notes in his email are spot on!! We will definitely be going back!!

Beautiful Condo

Jude was an amazing host. He worked hard to make our stay wonderful. The condo is new and very nice. Air conditioning is great, pool beautiful and the beach out front was perfect for a dip and lounging. It’s a good location if you are going to travel the island a lot, because it’s truest the closest location to all parts of the island. So so great. We would stay there again.

The pool area is much nicer than it appears in the photo online. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store a block away. Great sunsets.

Great location with great beach

We recently returned from a week stay at aloha villa #4. Everything in the listing was provided plus a few extras. Jude was very accommodating and was quick to help us with anything we needed. The views from the property were great for seeing whales just off the beach. Personally the biggest upside was how close we were to the beach, we were able to walk out to the beach and watch the sunset every night. One down side was the parking. The lot is a little small and we had a full sized SUV (Chevy Tahoe). The size of our car coupled with another guest taking up two spots with one care made it so we had to park on the street one night. Also, I would ask for a few more beach chairs as this is a shared space and many times during our stay beach chairs were unavailable. Ultimately these small downsides were not enough to take away from a great trip and does not reflect the property or the manager. The property was beautiful, the views were great and you will find it hard to have better access to the beach any where else. I will definitely book here again when we come back.

Great Family Vacation

Our stay at Aloha Villas quickly became a favorite family vacation. There were 15 of us (7 adults and 8 kids aged 5 to 16 years) who spent a week in 2 of the villas. A fabulous time was had by everyone. The kitchens were well-stocked with all of the items necessary to prepare meals. There were some spices and condiments available. We stopped at Costco to purchase most of our groceries for the week. When the wind came up in the late afternoon we were able to relax around the pool and there was plenty of seating available for all of us. The blinds helped keep the villas cool during the day. We spent a lot of time snorkeling, skim boarding, and playing at the beach. We spent a long day driving the Road to Hana. The beauty of the island will not be forgotten. Jude, the new owner, provided Welcome Baskets that contained many different Hawaiian snacks in each of the villas. We all enjoyed sampling them. Jude was very accommodating and accessible by text, phone and email. A big thank you! We had a peaceful and relaxing week and made lots of memories.

Aloha Villas #4

We had a wonderful time staying at Aloha Villas. The view from the upper floor was amazing. We even saw breaching whales. The nightly sunsets were gorgeous too. There was plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and 2 living rooms. We had a wonderful stay there!

Amazing Oceanfront Villas

We brought 6 of our 7 kids and their spouses to stay for a week in Villas #3 and 4. We had a wonderful time! The villas are beautifully appointed and well maintained. It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in each villa. One couple had to sleep in the family room on a rollaway, but they didn't complain. (They were the last to confirm that they could join us, and couldn't stay for the whole week. By the time they committed to come with us, I had already booked the property.) It was great to have laundry facilities in each unit. We had plenty of space to prepare meals and gather to enjoy one another's company, yet plenty of privacy. We loved the huge showers in the master bathrooms! They have multiple jets in the shower, and were pretty luxurious. There are two master bedrooms in each unit. I wish I had known there was a piano in unit #3. I had an upcoming performance, and would have brought my music so I could practice. That's pretty unusual in a rental, but really cool! Mimi and Robert were very responsive to our every need. They were always available. They were quick to repair or replace anything that wasn't working properly, or was missing. The property was clean, and well maintained. It was so nice to have chairs and umbrellas, as well as boogie boards to take to the beach. Mimi and Robert provide everything you need, including beach towels. The pool wasn't huge, but was another nice amenity. There was plenty of gathering space outside near the pool, the lawns, the lanais or patios. It was great to be right on the beach. During our stay, sea turtles came up and napped on the beach near the units. That was pretty cool! We stayed during whale watching season. They were very active, and put on quite a show which we could see from our lanai. This was a great place to have our couple's retreat. I would absolutely book this property again. I can recommend it whole-heartedly! Thank you, Mimi and Robert for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property. Steps from the beach. Gorgeous view.

This property exceeded all my expectations . The place is gorgeous. The view is even better. Especially going out every evening to watch the sunset. You are literally steps from the beach. Besides a pool, there are beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys if you have small kids. Everything you could need. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping is down the street or a couple of blocks over. The place is gated and have parking on site. Mimi’s property manager, Robert, was there to help us settle in & answer any questions we had. I will definitely be making reservations here again the next time we come. Thank you for a fantastic place to stay during our vacation.

Aloha villa 4

Our family was very pleased to spend our vacation in Maui in this wonderful villa. The property was super clean and included all the necessities , the location is amazing on the beach and near all shops. The management company is very friendly and accommodating, every call to the staff was a pleasure and their ability to give us a late check out was appreciated.

Great location and amenities

I was concerned about getting my elderly parents a place to stay as they no longer drive. The location turned out great as it is one block from a grocery store and there were dozens of restaurants within a three block area. It was the small things that my parents appreciated; soap and dryer sheets for the front loading w&d, step stool for high reach cupboards, basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, oil, etc), and so much more. Danny came by several times to ensure that they had everything they needed for the stay. Mom even baked him chocolate chip cookies on her last day.
