  • This luxury condo is situated a short walk from the beauty of the beach! A 3,700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath gem, it is the ideal place for a quiet retreat. Features a Master Suite with private lanai and two additional bedrooms with en suite baths, sleeping up to a total of 10. A washer and dryer are included in the unit, as well as a private elevator. Upstairs, you will find a kitchen to delight the most finicky chef. The living room opens into an enormous lanai equipped with BBQ and all the accessories. The view is breathtaking and will create forever memories. Just across the street is the pool with waterfall and kid's sandy beach pool, hot tubs, a fully equipped gym, and an outdoor entertaining area. Beautiful and serene......
    Conference attendees can enjoy the spaciousness of an entire home for the same cost as a single room at the Grand Wailea.
    It is a golf oasis too, surrounded by three 5-Star 18-hole courses, all less than 2 miles from the condo.
    The Grand Wailea Hotel is a private property across the street from us, whose pool facilities are not available to our guests, but you are welcome to enjoy our own pools and tropical gardens. We also have a vehicle available to rent at competitive rates. Ask Janae for more details.

Fabulous stay in Wailea

Wonderful property

We love staying in the Wailea/Kihei area so location was perfect. Quick walk or drive to the beach. Kids and adults loved the pool at the property. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend for families!

Fantastic Location and Amenities

Stayed with a family of 8 adults in July. Unit was very clean except for some issues with areas that are hard to clean or see. The host was responsive and worked with us to get things right.The beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers made the beach experience amazing. My family was super impressed with the pool area as well! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and plenty of storage for food and drinks even for a group of 8 adults!The beach is a 5 minute walk - it isn't bad but not great. The drive to Makena Beach was well worth it over Wailea beach. The pool is very close to the condo compared to the other condos as well.We brought knives and plastic wrap and foil - needed nothing else!

This property was truly so beautiful! Our family reunion of 8 siblings with our 87 year old Mom had the best time! The views are lovely, the full moon off the lanai every evening was memorable. Plenty of space for us all to enjoy together, and have privacy. The property is so quiet and the pool area is great and only a few people there! The host is responsive and takes care of any issues. Everything was sparkling clean and all the supplies for the beach were so helpful. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Nice restaurants within a short drive. We hope to come and stay again, this place really made our trip!!!

Beautiful place, great location. The air conditioner went out and they sent somebody immediately the following morning and it was back and running again. Property managers were very attentive in the home is well Stocked and very comfortable. We will definitely rent again

Luxury Villa in Paradise

This trip has been planned for a year and did not disappoint. We all enjoyed our stay in the Wailea area very much. The condo is big and beautiful and was nice to have all of the things we could possibly need! The pool was wonderful and the beach is only a block away. The bedrooms were spacious and the main living area was wonderful to gather and take in the beautiful view. We made lasting memories that we plan to build on in the years to come. Mahalo!

Great view, perfect location. Stayed with my parents and daughter and niece and nephew. More than enough room for everyone. Host was very responsive and quick to get back to me if I had any questions. Beautiful home, couldn’t have hoped for anything better. Definitely hoping to re book in the future :)
