"The Hotel and rooms are not the same as they were 5-6 years back. The room is not very clean. Shower does not function properly. The chairs were not cleaned. There were no slippers in the room. These are basic amenities expected for a hotel that claims 5-star status. This is totally unlike other Taj hotels where we stayed."

"I booked a room for my parents to stay. A spill in the room was reported on day1 and no one came to clean it the next day as well. Breakfast was also not great and in general the staff were too laid back to pay attention to any request. My parents decided to vacate the room the next day formally, forgoing night stay for day2. Hotel owner called on day3 to my father to see if they vacated the room which is a bizarre question and offered no apologies. I would not recommend for people to stay here,...

"Television was not working. Water was leaking from geezer and disturbing your sleep. No hot water. No body wake me up at 3.00 AM as I requested . Elevator doesn't work night time. I left room at 4.00AM and handed keys to guy sleeping at front desks after waking him up. I got call at 11.30 to check out. But I already checked out more than 7 hours ago. So it is not worth stay at this hotel."
