Private Deck Looks Out to Courtyard, Easy Access to Shuttle to All of Resort!

This studio condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features granite countertops in the kitchen and bath. A room divider can be drawn to separate the living area from the bedroom area. The private deck looks out onto the courtyard with mountain views in the distance. Flying Dutchman offers shared amenities including an outdoor heated pool and an indoor hot tub.

The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. During the summer of 2018 the homeowner added brand new living room furniture, including a new queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you can walk out to the private deck. It faces the courtyard so you can enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh air and views of the mountains in the distance.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features tiled granite countertops. In August 2018 a new compact refrigerator was installed. The dining area comfortably seats four people. The full bathroom is past the kitchenette and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. A door separates the vanity from the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy.

The bedroom area can be separated from the rest of the living space by drawing down the room divider. It features a queen-sized bed and two end tables.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Nice studio

This be is an older condo but the fireplace is warm and cozy. The location is about a mile and a half to Keystone which worked great for us. Most of the time it was very quiet, a little noisier on the weekends. We enjoyed out stay and would stay there again.

Bummer of a booking

Check in is after 430 pm, I called about Roku not working and was told it was too late to respond, messaged owner with no response. Next day Roku reset with no log in available, again no response from owner and no help from management, I ending up buying my own Roku just to watch TV. Shower head in bathroom for someone shorter than 5'8", crusty vent fan, no directions on turning on shower head, no directions on finding my unit number among 10 buildings, no shoveling of sidewalk, all minor things that add up to a crappy experience

Wasn’t horrible

In listening it said the condo had cable. This was not true and as matter of fact we couldn’t watch TV at all. Not even stream. I message the communication number the first day. They responded the following day saying they would send maintenance that day . Which never happened. They have a lot of construction going on which wasn’t a huge deal . Only thing is their construction supplies take up most of the parking lot. Luckily we were able to find a spot when needed. On the positive note for a unit that needs updated it was clean. I definitely would have gave 4 or 5 stars if not for the TV issue. Especially since I was told it would get fixed and never did and didn’t even receive communication that it wouldn’t be.

Quiet, forested neighborhood, comfortable large studio, well appointed, nicely landscaped. A loose towel bar in the bathroom, dogs barking on Saturday night. Note that some roof repairs are being made, and cardboard had been placed over a door into the building because of glass breakage.

Nice condo on the bus route

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo is aging but very well maintained. Instructions for check-in and out were very helpful. We enjoyed use of the hot tub after skiing and loved that we could take the free bus to and from Keystone resort.

Entire unit needs to be remodeled. Nearly every fixture broken or missing. Carpet torn and stained. Black mold in bath. Strong, unpleasant smells in hallways and unit. No TV reception. 2 miles from lifts so not "walking distance". No response from service about repairs except "it was too big a job to do". Horrible experience and left a day early as a result. Never again. I have plenty of pics to document the dump that it is.

Cozy condo with excellent property mgmt

The condo was clean and provided all described amenities. We had a rough first 12 hours… it took us a while to figure out the fireplace, and the hairdryer was broken… but the property managers were very helpful and responsive and helped resolve all issues within the day. (Fireplace problems were our user error). The condo is quite dated; and a bit “worn down at the heels” BUT it was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location was minutes away from the Keystone resort, adventure center, spa and Mountain house. The location was quiet and scenic and while we didn’t have a Mountain View, the condo overlooks a pleasant courtyard. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the responsiveness of property management.

Worst experience

We did not stay here. I had to find a hotel instead. Staff was not accommodating when asked that we needed more towels. The heat was on when we got there the room was very very hot. The room and bathroom were very small very disappointing. Driving over 10 hrs here and then finding this was more than disappointing. We were at the place 30 min and left to get a hotel. Awful experience.

Worked perfect for us

My family of 4 found it to be the perfect fit. All amenities we needed and then some. Only wish the the hot tub was hotter, but that was ok with the sauna. Great place for our 3 day ski trip.

Perfect conference proximity

I was attending a conference in Keystone & this cute, comfy place was 5 minutes away. Quiet, clean & comfortable it fit all of my needs. This place would be great for couples who want to leaf peep in Summit County.

Perfect for a quick and busy trip!

The property was wonderful! Amenities for relaxing after an active day, comfortable bed, and a great size for 2-3 people! Little kitchenette was just enough, and the homey fireplace touch is lovely! It was exactly what we needed!
