Lakeside Condo w/ Mountain & Lake Views from Balcony, Steps to Shops/Dining!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village, so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is also a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area is a great place to relax after an active day, and it features a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and a picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are provided The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity, and a door separates the shower/tub combination from the toilet area for added privacy. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

Great location.

It is not the fault of the management company, but future customers should know this unit gets extremely hot if the outdoor temps are over 50. There is no A/C, which is listed, but be aware that you may be opening windows and running box fans even in the winter/early spring if temps are mild. I have stayed at several properties managed by this same company, and out of all of them, this one is in the most need of a little TLC maintenance. I'm not the kind of renter to let little blemishes, or broken blinds, have much of an impact the unit is showing a bit more wear than others.

Beautiful Spot

Waking up to the view of Keystone Lake and the hills was better than I expected. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, one bedroom stay near Keystone and the Dillon area. It is on the 4th floor, which did take me a second to find. If you're in this part of Colorado, this is the perfect spot for you!

Great stay in Keystone

This condo was a great getaway for our family. It is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. Google Maps struggled with the location so I recommend following the written directions in the guide.

Older but comfortable and clean

We stayed for two nights. It was perfect for two people. We would stay there again. Property management was on time with everything and communicated well. It IS older, and there are some things that could be replaced but everything was clean and worked so it didn't bother us. We stayed in August, and it was beautiful sitting on the balcony with the breeze. The only things I wish I had known ...there isn't A/C and it was 82 degrees in there when we arrived. It took most of the first afternoon to get the temperature lowered to comfortable. There are fans and it is safe to sleep with the windows open. We managed and even kept the balcony door open until the sun went down and it cooled off The bed is older (they replaced the mattress, but it is still an older mattress) and sheets are clean but worn. Extra pillows are not good. If you need more than the four on the bed, bring your own pillow and The kitchen is well stocked.

We had three great days at Lakeside. Keystone and Breckenridge were easy trips with lots of shopping and food choices. Felt we were hidden away but everything was really close. Highly recommend Last Chance Pizza. Very friendly and the veggie pizza was delicious. Also recommend Dillon’s Adam Brewery in Dillion for the bison burger and the Hefeweizen. Erik’s in Breckenridge for their salads and Erik’s wings.

Keystone ski trip

The property is in a great location if skiing Keystone or Breckenridge. Clean unit with beautiful views of Keystone lake. The only challenge we had was the pool/spa keys didn't work and we had to call maintenance to get us in.

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my boyfriends 40th birthday and this place was absolutely perfect! The location was close to everything and we loved watching the ice skaters at night. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Stay in Keystone!

The unit is is a bit older, but very well kept. This was our first stay in Colorado and we loved it! The unit faces the sun all afternoon so it gets quite warm but fans and windows that open are provided. You will also find 2 much needed humidifiers to use (we recommend starting them right away, we didn't and regret it;)). You will see beautiful views out of the living room and bedroom windows as well as on the balcony. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful over the mountains. If you don't ski like us, the first week in November is a great time to go. Awesome restaurants are close by. We would definitely recommend GOAT Soup and Whiskey Tavern. Great food and fun staff in a cool environment. Beautiful scenic drives where had everyday and the town of Breckenridge is close by and absolutely charming, especially for first time visitors. For the price and ease of access we would definitely recommend a stay at this unit whether you ski or not:).

Beautiful!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and fall colors were in full. It was beautiful. The only downside was that the condo was SUPER hot (88 degrees) when we checked in (most likely from the large sun facing windows) and took a long time to cool down and I do wish check in was a little earlier. Also, the heat didn’t work in the morning, but that is fixable. Really great place to stay and beautiful view. We enjoyed walking around and also sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.
