Freshly Updated in 2025 — Your Walk-to-Slopes Mountain Getaway!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with one king bed, and one twin-over-queen bunk bed. It features an updated kitchen and living area, and a private patio with ski slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The living room has comfy furniture and a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. The private patio is just off of the living room and offers great ski slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there are four stools at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 26 years old at the time of booking, and a minimu of 2 nights must be reserved.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

There is a private locker available off the lobby to story your gear. Locked bike storage is available in the heated, underground parking garage.

Condo was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Liked the location - first floor close to the lobby and ski lockers. Management company was very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy. Underground parking was convenient. Very short walk to the gondola.

This was a really cute place, not too far of a walk from the lift but when you're carrying skis, not too close either. Quick to walk to all of the restaurants. The space had everything we needed including a box fan for white noise and kitchen basics for cooking eggs in the morning and enough coffee to get you going until you can walk to the market and get more. There was a great hang out area in the lobby. I didn't get to use the hot tub unfortunately. Parking was underground and we were able to stay parked after checkout until we finished skiing for the day.

Keystone Mountain Retreat

The property was exactly as advertised and I really appreciated all of the instructions sent to us before check-in. The condo is a short walk from the gondola and the River Run area of Keystone.

Good location and accommodations, couple of observations

We had a very pleasant experience staying at the condo. The only things that stand out is the master bathroom floor felt like it had not been swept as it appears there was sand/gravel when I walked on it barefooted when I first arrived. The other thing I want to mention is the check-in 4:30p/ checkout 10a times seem excessive with 6.5 hours turnaround time for the next guest check-in. It’s outside industry standards and can create issues due to travel conditions during ski season.

Good location, but...

On Monday the elevator was out of service. Tuesday was water service during the day followed by no hot water Wednesday morning. Thursday was ok, but the gas fireplace still didn't work after troubleshooting and management saying they'd look into it. As we departed on Friday, another guest said they had no hot water. Other than that, it was brilliant.

Summer getaway

Overall the stay was great. Clean and great communication with staff. It was a little far to get to some activities but nice area. Hard to sleep in with construction going on but realize property making upgrades. At night leaving windows open for cool air was ok until the sprinklers went off in the middle of the night, which were right outside the rooms. Probably would have been better if not on 1st floor. Nice game area with pool table, but pool sticks were broken or in bad condition. Room was close to gane room so was very noisy some nights until 12:30 am due to a group of guys yelling while in game room and when going up and down the hall.

Great location!

This condo is clean and very conveniently located a short walk from the main gondola and the village. Loved the heated underground parking garage. I also saw some reviews mentioning an uncomfortable king bed; They must have replaced it because the mattress was quite comfortable! Overall, nice stay.

Communication galore

1. The most communication I have ever received from a Vrbo! The company was on top of it to assure I know every ins and outs of the property, check in process, driving directions, neighborhood info ... e-mails texts ... 2. Very clean and updated apartment. It was spacious for the 3 of us, and probably up to 5 would fit comfortably. 3. Comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped. Great coffee maker and toaster! 4. Covered secure parking under the apartment building, easy access by elevator. Trash and recycling is also right there by the elevator in the garage. 5. We chose a first-floor level apt so we can just walk out the back door, and ride our bikes, which was great. 1 minute walk to town (and overpriced restaurants) 6. Note: The community room of the building is right next door including a pool table and foosball table - users were respectful and there was no noise after 9PM though.

Family Ski Trip

The condo & property were perfect. Proximity to the gondola & village were great. Our only complaint was the check in process. We were given 4 non-functioning key cards & had to drive back across town to get new ones. Not ideal when you're tired of traveling & ready to settle in for the night. Also, no apology was given for the mess up. Completely unprofessional. Luckily, we didn't have to interact with the property managers for the rest of the trip!

Cleaning could have been way better

The resort was nice, little dated but kept up nice. The room on the other hand wasn’t clean which was especially concerning with COVID. The sheets had hair all over them, the floor wasn’t clean and the couch looked like someone ate a thing of cookies on it and about 1/3 didn’t reach their mouths. Was disappointed in the cleaning standards for sure.

Amazing and Very clean!

We had an amazing time . Hiking , biking and staying together as a family . We felt very comfortable here and it was very clean. It was the perfect amount of room for our family too. Thank you and we hope to return in the winter too .

Weekend get away

We were here for a quick weekend get away on short notice. The initial check in process was somewhat confusing trying to locate the management company’s lockbox to pick up our check in package. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We were here in summer but in winter this unit would be very convenient with easy access to the gondola and base of the mountain dining, shopping etc.

Excellent for family ski trip!

Excellent location for a family ski trip! You can sit on the couch and see skiers coming down the mountain! Gondola is a quick walk from the patio door, very close to ski lockers and hot tub/pool area. Perfect for a ski trip with children. Only thing we wished was that the master bed was more firm. Otherwise excellent place and we will be back again!

Great location at reasonable price

Short walk to the gondola. Very clean and spacious. Bargain for a two bed, two bath. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit Keystone. The condo was amazing! Red Hawk had a few issues...the south elevator was out of order so we had to enter through the north elevator and go outside to enter the south side. Also, the pool area ran out of towels quite frequently. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
