This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin pull out, and a Murphy bed with a queen memory foam mattress. It features mountain views from the private balcony. It's nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area, and a short drive from Arapahoe Basin. Oro Grande Lodge offers shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers hooks and a closet to store your gear. The living area features a 50" Smart TV, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. For additional sleeping options there is a queen sleeper sofa and a twin fold-out. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off of the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful mountain views in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features tiled granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four with two seats at the breakfast bar. The Murphy bed folds out into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The full bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The spacious bedroom is just down the hall and across from the bathroom. It features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, Smart TV, working space, and a ceiling fan.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Good little stay!

I booked this place for me and my partner for our first ski trip of the season. So, a lot of time spent in the house was to relax, cook, and sleep. The kitchen was stocked well with cleaning supplies for the dishes. Loved the starter pack for coffee so we didn't need to buy coffee and filters. The unit had a lot of board games to play! So, that kept us entertained as well as the Roku. King bed was super plush and large. The lamp on the left night stand did not work, but the other lights did. Bathroom was a good size with nice hot water. The only complaint is the shower drain did not drain fast at all, so you were standing in a puddle of dirty bath water. We also had some difficulty getting the unit warm with the thermostat. Seemed like the dial that tells you what temperature it's at is off so we had to guess. Fireplace helped though! Heated garage downstairs was a nice touch with easy in and out access. Location was perfect heading to Keystone. Overall I would stay here again with the above edits!

Lovely Stay

Check in instructions were very easy and the complex was nice. Painters were there during our stay so a lot of commotion starting early in the morning, but we left early each morning to explore so it wasn't much of a bother. The bed in the main room was quite comfortable and the murphy bed was easy to assemble and put away each day. A huge reason I rented a condo was for the full kitchen and it was well stocked with all the cooking dish essentials. The pool area was very clean and a great addition for soaking at the end of a long day. Location wise, I loved it and I'm convinced I need to move down there one day. Access to everything you could need in the nearby towns. I would definitely stay here again.

Uncomfortable/broken furniture

Location was good. Information about check in/out was good. Not happy about arriving to find out that the murphy bed had a "do not use" warning taped to it. A heads up/offer to cancel and re book would have been nice. Listing said there was a queen sleeper sofa and twin pullout. Sofa did not have a pullout bed and the "twin pullout" was a joke.....not even a mattress. The sofa, loveseat, and "pullout bed" were the three most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever sat on. All this made it difficult for three adults to sleep in this condo.

Several major concerns with this property: 1. Damaged cabinet bed was not usable for sleeping - it is missing the front face, which supports the mattress. It was not functional and mattress had to go on the floor. 2. Multiple bedding/blankets were stained and appeared dirty. There were not enough clean ones for my kids to use. 3. Amenities list that shampoo was included, but none was in the property. I can provide photos of dirty bedding and video of broken bed. This property did not meet expectations. We are a family of six and the sleeping situation was not acceptable with the broken bed and dirty bedding. I would not recommend this place.

Great place to stay

Condo was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. Nice pool to use in the facility. Underground covered parking was nice. Close to all the Keystone activities. We cooked in the kitchen, and they had all your basic needs covered. We highly recommend it!

We loved everything about this property! The condo had everything needed, down to games. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing and the pool on the 1st floor was so a big hit.

Peaceful, quiet, and clean!

I booked this place while staying in Keystone for a conference. In the past, I have been stuck at rentals there that look like dirty frat houses. This is why I booked here this year; it was clean, great location, and a very quiet place. I'm a bed snob, and this bed and sheets were just like I was at home. The hot tub was a nice bonus too!

Perfect getaway

This was our first trip to Keystone and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. All the essentials were there as well as many little things we had not thought about. The kitchen had all the items we needed and there were plenty of linens. The property manager was quick to respond to any requests and the check in/out process was easy. The pool and hot tub were great as well as the underground parking. We would definately stay there again.

Overall experience renting this property was great. Very clean. Well supplied kitchen. Easy access. Our only complaint was the mattress was very uncomfortable. Too soft. Needs flipped or turned. Also side by side fridge was not working. In kitchen. Smaller fridge was available in dining area. I'm sure someone is working on that problem.
