The unit was clean except for the floors. I had new slipper socks ( did not wear shoes past the entry) and they got very dirty. Balcony and view is very nice. The washer and dryer are convenient. Beds are comfortable. Internet service was good. My big complaint is dealing with the property management company before check-in. I noticed another renter’s review had complained about it. You’ll get emails from 2 different parties. One of them will not read your replies. Then a third party will contact you via VRBO and threaten to cancel your reservation because you didn’t reply. You will send a copy of the email that you sent and she’ll say “oops” Then, the rental company will send you communication and act like the other people that have been contacting you don’t exist. They will also tell you that the damage insurance you paid for on VRBO is accepted but the written contract they send you states that you must buy their insurance not the VRBO insurance. Once on-site the key pad check- in and parking is easy. There are luggage carts by the elevators. Uber drivers and DashDash are familiar with the building. There are several condos available at this location. If you can find one that is not managed by the same company go for that one.
