Grand Marina Suite - Poolside & Waterfront Condo

Summary:

A beautiful oceanfront suite located at the best marina in the Keys. Situated on the glistening Atlantic Ocean, our Grand Marina Suite is a tranquil respite with on-site access to boat dockage and world-class fishing charters. Located minutes away from downtown Key West, known for its quaint boutiques, historic landmarks, sight-seeing, sunsets and dancing. Our condominium will provide you with an intimate lodging experience unlike any hotel.



The Space:

Grand Marina Suite is a full two-bedroom suite, with a full kitchen, living room and outdoor lanai. Each of the two bedrooms feature luxurious king sized beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Outside of the Suite, our guests are encouraged to take advantage of our on-site pool, beach, sauna and fitness center.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Our property is secluded and private yet minutes away from the excitement of Key West. This condo is located at the private Key West Harbour Marina, in Stock Island, the authentic and revitalized fishing and arts community located directly east of downtown Key West.



Getting Around:

Arrive by boat, plane or car. On-site golf cart rentals are available, or take advantage of the many taxi and ride-sharing services available for short trips around Key West.



There are assigned parking spots in front of the Harbour Residences marked as "Condo 1," "Condo 2," or "Condo 3." You have 2 private parking spots located in front of your unit included with your stay.



Other Things to Note:

-For the purpose of creating a safe environment for our guests, the exterior of the building is monitored by security cameras.

-Please note the onsite restaurant is no longer open.

The location and rooms we excellent. However, we needed extra linens. It took over 4.5 hours to get them. The water heater on one side couldn’t fill the tub without run out of hot water and the heater only blew cold air even when in heat. The linens were in kitchen and rooms that needed some or more.

We enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and quiet and a great location. Gorgeous views and easy to check in! Fun amenities and so lovely to have a private little beach and pool in your backyard. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I would recommend providing more towels for the stay based on the number of people and days.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for two couples with king sized beds on each end and shared kitchen/den in the middle. It’s very quiet at the Marina and we almost had the entire pool to ourselves.

Spectacular Private Pool and View

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Airy and spacious with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the pool area which played great music and had personal bar service. The location is a tad away from the main Key West area, but if you're looking for a private, quiet, and safe spot, this is the place for you!We ran into issues with a road closure getting to the condo the first night (due to a fire in the Everglades) and the host was responsive and kind, offering a refund for the first night that we were not able to get there.

Great place - very private

While we were off the radar from downtown Key West, it was so quite and peaceful here. The accomodations were great - very clean. I would suggest just some basic condiments and paper supplies. We would book this one again!

The best!!

As a frequent traveler, I’ve never experienced a cleaner rental unit in my life. My standard of clean is high and this property exceeded my expectations by far— great job staff!! From the back door, you’re view includes the beautiful pool, the bay, and Atlantic Ocean-- all in one shot! There's a board walk outside the pool that runs along the bay, leading to a private beach area. My girlfriend and I had the pool and bay to ourselves most of the time we were there. Very peaceful property and I highly recommend!

Hidden little gem next to Key West

This condo was private and some days we had the pool to ourselves. The pool overlooking the harbor was great, and the small private beach area was relaxing. The beds were comfy. The couch doesn’t turn into a typical bed, rather you push the top leather cushions together so my son was a little bummed by that, but we made the best of it. Staff were informative and helpful. One suggestion would be to put felt pads under the chairs as they are very loud when moved on the tile floor, and our neighbors woke us at 4am doing just that. Condo was nicely equipped with high end appliances, even tho we didn’t use, we felt the luxury. Thank you.

Beautiful weather, nice condo, yacht club was probably amazing in its day

The condo was very nice, clean and the online management of the property was very responsive. The actual yacht club has seen better days. No restaurant anymore, poolside bar open an hour or two in the afternoon if you’re lucky, old pool furniture and no umbrellas in the pool area, etc. Talked to a couple employees that hadn’t worked there in over a year but came back to help out. Almost feels like they are ready to lock it up. With that being said, it was quiet and we basically had the place to ourselves. Fun to see the yachts come and go. You definitely need a vehicle of some kind to get food, etc. Duval Street about 15 minute drive away. The condo stay was pricey, so I expected a little more on the property to be higher quality and have services available. I still give it 4 out of 5 stars because the setting is beautiful and the condo was clean and well equipped.

We have only good things to say about our accommodations. Quiet area away from the center of Key West and traffic but close enough to take advantage of all that is the essence of the Keys.
