Here you will enjoy the lap of luxury with this two-bed & two-bath upstairs unit located in the highly desirable Shipyard section of the Truman Annex. Paradise awaits you just two blocks from the sights and sounds of Duval Street. A short walk or bike ride to Ft. Zachary State beach for sunbathing and snorkeling, Mallory Square to catch a spectacular sunset and the Ernest Hemingway House where the six-toed cats call home. Fine dining is an easy walk in any direction from this perfectly located condo where you get to live the laid-back tropical lifestyle of Key West.

Truman annex is a great location

In Key West for a wedding and this was a great location for us. Walking distance to historic areas and restaurants. We had a parking place for our car which was convenient

Perfect Location

What a perfect location to stay. Close to Duval. Close to Fort Zachary Beach which in my option is the best. Each there. At the Truman annex is a much better place to see the sunset then Malloy square. It was in walking distance from the place. The place was clean and updated. I will be booking again.

Beautiful and well maintained

We loved our stay at Isle be Back! It felt like it was actually built and maintained with quality materials unlike most nightly rentals. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She actually contacted me and made sure that I knew all of the important information about the unit and the area.

A Very Merry Christmas in Key West

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Key West at a compass realty property. The description is accurate and the location is great! We requested service for a tv in one of the bedrooms which was provided promptly. We also requested dish towels and they were also delivered promptly. We suggest attention to the patio doorknob.

Girls Trip

Location is perfect. The condo was just right for the two of us. There were a few things we did expect (because we’ve stayed in other VRBO condos) a cooler would have been nice [we left you a styrofoam one] dish towels and maybe better stocked salt/pepper/sugar - kitchen essentials. The parking is a little confusing-if it wasn’t for someone in the complex we might not have found the right spot. We would definitely consider coming back. Thank you!

Love Truman annex

Truman annex is the best place to stay for fantasy fest week. You can walk anywhere or take the bus, no need for a rental car. The pools are great. Love having a balcony with our room. The rental was lovely and very clean. The only problem was the closet door in one bedroom was broken. Other than that it was great. All amenities provided in kitchen and bath. This place was great.

Great Experience

Our stay was great, the condo is in a great location and walkable to most place on the Island. Very clean and updated, we cooked a few days and had all we needed to make our meals. The pool was also really nice and overall had a blast.

Fabulous time at Gracie's Bay Hideaway

Gracie's Hideaway was a beautiful spot to enjoy Key West! We were so close to Fort Zachary State Park and Duvall Street. It made transportation a breeze because we could walk almost anywhere or take a short bike ride to Higgs Beach and Smathers Beach. The Shipyard Condominiums felt very safe and like a friendly community. The condo was updated, had cute beachy decor, and was very clean. We truly had an amazing time and would recommend this rental to anyone.

We had an excellent stay in Key West at this property. Good communication. The upgrades to the condo are outstanding. Very clean. High-end kitchen appliances. Calming decor. Great location. Best rental property experience to date. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others without reservation. No complaints.
