This sweet and newly renovated haven encompasses every conceivable amenity you could desire while in Paradise.

This home has a 6 night minimum as required by the HOA of the community. The renter will be asked to send photos of all adult guests upon booking as required by the HOA.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Located at the top floor of this desirable community, this unit is sure to take your breath away as soon as you walk through the front door. Find a bright and open space with natural lighting pouring through a multitude of windows with cool tile and hardwood flooring throughout and soaring ceilings creating a cheery gathering space. A fully equipped kitchen allows for seamless mealtime prep with convenient bar top seating for 4 and an indoor dining table for 6. Cozy living room furnishings are steps away with a TV and breathtaking views of your ocean front porch beyond. Enjoy a writing desk for those working remotely! This home is 0.2 miles from Higgs Beach and 0.8 miles from Smathers Beach.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Find a primary suite steps from the living area with a king bed, TV, en suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the outdoor balcony. Another king guest room resides on the 1st level with a TV and hallway bathroom nearby with a shower. Head up to the 2nd floor to find a room with 2 twins that can convert to a king with a TV and another king guest bedroom - both with TVs and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower. A sofa sleeper occupies the living area for additional sleeping arrangements.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Catch a breath of fresh air out on your private and spacious outdoor balcony with priceless views of the sparkling, turquoise ocean beyond. Enjoy plentiful seating as you hear the tranquil ocean waves below and soak up island life. Two pools reside on property with a community grill, tennis court, fitness area and elevators to this unit. This property is just a stone's throw to White St. Pier, Salute on the Beach restaurant and a short drive, bike ride or Uber into town. Higgs Beach is down the walking path from this community 0.4 miles and Smathers Beach is 1 mile in the other direction! Pickle ball and tennis courts are across the street from Higgs Beach.

PARKING...
There is access to one parking spot on property, and plenty of street parking is available in this area for any additional vehicles. No vehicles over 18' long or over 80" wide.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The home was absolutely perfect. My only compliant was the stairs. We had my 87 year old dad with us and he shared the twin beds with my single brother. They were located up stairs. It would not have been so bad, but they were spiral. Which I might add

Communication, check in and checkout with Dan were outstanding. Property was just as portrayed in the photos. Great spot to explore Key West but come back to relax in peace and comfort. Made great use of onsite pool, gym, and grill. We hope to return soon.

Good Visibility-Key West

The property is just like the pictures. A beautifully decorated condo right on the water. I could have thrown something off the balcony and it would have hit the water, that is how close you were. The property is gated, so not possible for non residents to be wandering around. We basically had the pool to ourselves whenever we went. Plus a reserved covered parking spot. Couldn't ask for a nicer spot. It is walkable to a few attractions.

Wonderful place

We loved this property. Beautiful view of the water, the daily jet ski tours in the distance (we ended up taking one and got a nice view of the property from the water), and the local pelicans fishing right in front. The place itself was very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, floaties for the pool (which truly was heated and a pleasure to use in late dec/first week of January). The location was very convenient to the nearby pier, the beginning of Duval steeet, the Southernmost point and a great mexican restaurant in the opposite direction, on bertha street (amazing sopa de.mariscos). My one advice would be to be careful around the pool or beach area at dusk if you're sensitive to bug bites- my kids got covered! In impressive sand fly welts - I got bitten too but just dont react like they do. Not sure if this is a seasonal phenomenon or what, but it took over a week for my 11 yo to stop looking like he had the chicken pox. We continued to use the pool during the daytime with no issues and the unit helpfully had bug spray (we didnt use it, just avoided being by the water at dusk).Also worth mentioning that a pretty tight spiral staircase takes you to the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor - wasnt a problem for us, but could be an issue for older folks with mobility issies or very young kids.We loved the unit and would gladly stay again on our next visit to key west - will rent bikes next time!

Top Notch

We were two couples and two single brothers. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was very well appointed. The pools and workout room are very well maintained. The view is great from the balcony. It is close enough to Duval to walk, but quiet. The manager was very responsive to the two small items we encountered. I highly recommend this property. One word of caution: look out for the "no-see-ums." They will eat you alive until you figure out they are there. By then it is to late. Use the spray or eucalyptus.

HURRICAINE VACATION

We loved the condo. GREAT view and just a beautiful place. Dan and Mark were very helpful. OUR ONLY bad was the shutters closing us up the last 2 days. Hurricaine winds. Also very clean and well maintained. Thanks for having us. We absolutely loved it. in for weather. But all-in-in all it was unforgetable

VERY nice place!

This place is exactly as advertised. Nicely located, can take a 2 minute walk to Higgs beach. Felt very safe. The condo itself was exactly what you see in the pictures. We did make a complaint to the property manager reference no hot water in the showers. He came and checked the thermostat which showed 140° but still the shower never warmed up past lukewarm. Other than that issue, this place was wonderful.

Beautiful condo. Amazing view of the ocean. Perfect sunrise viewing. Entire condo was first rate, beautifully decorated, kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed. Great communication with the property manager. We loved it and would rent this unit again if we were to come back to Key West.

Beachfront Beauty

We spent 5 days at this rental and it was perfect! Very clean, modern amenities and great location. The area of the island was nice but we loved that our rental was in a gated area. The beachfront view was so beautiful and the deck was large enough for three couples to enjoy with ample room. Love it!

Perfect Place

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It is completely updated with modern fixtures and furnishings and the ocean view from the balcony is to die for. It was spotless and clean, and well appointed with everything that you would need. Shana was very helpful checking in. The condo is located very close to smathers beach which we spent time at. Highly recommend this condo you will not be disappointed. Would definitely return!

Beautifully appointed condo. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle of Duvall St, yet close enough if you wanted to visit. Property management company was perfect to work with. We will book again with them!
