Beach Paradise in the Keys! Location! Location! 2 Blocks to Duval St

You will love our newly renovated 2 bed/ 2 1/2 bath private townhome in a secure community. Perfect location. This property doubles as our second home when we are in town. Renovations include new wood flooring, fresh paint, new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite tops. All furnishings and accessories are new. Private courtyard with sundeck, and night lighting overlooking a private park. The 2 Bedrooms are upstairs and each have high vaulted ceilings. King bed in owner's suite and two twins in second bedroom. Master bedroom has a private balcony. Living room sofa makes into a queen sofa sleeper. 1/2 bath downstairs in the living area. Free WIFI and three tvs and stereo. The outdoor courtyard is perfect for relaxing, you will not want to go inside. Tropical landscaping. Just steps to the heated pool. All located in the beautiful private community of Truman Annex.

You are located 2 blocks to Duval Street and the beach is at the end of the street. You can walk or ride a bike to everything in Old Town Key West, including Mallory Square where "FREE" nightly entertainment is provided prior to the famous sunsets.

Fantasy Fest parade rolls in front of the property so you have front row seats. Ft. Zackary Taylor is at the end of the street and has an awesome beach, perfect for snorkeling and fishing.

All types of watersports are nearby; snorkeling, fishing, diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and sunset dinner cruises.

Night life starts just one block away with The Green Parrot, the first and last bar on US 1. Duval is another block away and this is where you will find fantastic dining, bars with live music, shopping, and plenty of sights to see. You never know when you will dine with a pirate or a mermaid. Key West is full of colorful characters and street performers. Feel free to call Joe for more information.

Loved the location of this property. It is close to everything. It is a little confusing to find the property and the parking and where to load and unload our belongs but the stay was very enjoyable. I love walking downtown to Mallory Square and Duval Street. I would have liked it better if the front door had a shutter or blind on it.

Perfect Place for a Getaway

Check-in was pretty smooth, with no issues. Parking spot kind of difficult to find but that is only due to the numbering on the curb that was hard to decipher, Needed assistance from neighbors near by to find it. If you rent a car and drive down, you obviously wont be able to provide the Make/Model and tag of vehicle until you rent it. Therefore, you have to message the propperty owner to get the parking permit. Apparently, I found out, it must be displayed on your dash and I wasn't able to print it out. Make sure you show the parking permit for Truman Annex community to the security person in the booth to receive a tempporary permit, or they will put a warning on your windshield, not exactly sure if they would have towed it or not. Other than that, the house was clean. Just Fyi... there is no way this property sleeps 8, 6 persons max. There is a King Bed, two twins and a pull out queen sofa sleeper. All beds were comfortable. We had 4 larger guys staying and we fit comfortably. We weren't in the house much other than to sleep and shower. but, I recommend, for the price and location, staying here if you are interested in a long weekend in Key West. You can walk everywhere from this location. There is no BBQ grill in the property itself, however it may be somewhere in the community; not that were were going to grill anyway. The community pools were very nice. One pool fills up quick and the smaller pool is more laid back. Highly Recommended.

Was not the best stay

We have stayed at a number of places in Key West. Although the location was good this was the worst. We had the following issues1) Could not reach the property owner/manager to get address or parking information. I figured out the address myself and finally reached him after multiple tries regarding parking. He blamed VRBO for the lack of information2. Parking was a significant walk from the condo. Further than any other location that we have stayed3. Unit had holes in the bathroom wall and the bedroom door4. Outdoor door to the street would not stay closed. We felt unsafe.5. We were charged 75 for a pool key that we never saw.We will not return and would not recommend this condo

Quaint Residence close to the Green Parrot.

Place was well taken care of. Amenities worked as they were supposed to. Beds were comfy, excluding pullout couch, put the cushions on top though to ensure maximum comfort! A little light on cookware but we managed just fine. The backyard patio was nice to gather before heading out. The only potential bummer was the lack of instruction regarding parking, yet that was handled prompt and swiftly. Homeowner was very responsive and handled the Peking dilema on a moments notice which was greatly appreciated. Fine place, would recommend.

Great property

Nice property perfectly located near Duval and walking distance to all the most popular pubs and restaurants. Place is clean with a nice downstairs patio and upstairs balcony in master room. There's also a pool located within the complex. Host was very responsive; We would stay here again, thanks.

Perfect location

This cute little condo is in a perfect location to everything in Key West. It is about 1/2 mile from all the popular destinations. It is also close to the Duvall Loop bus shuttle stops, great restaurants and bars. The outdoor courtyard is very cute! There was an issue with the carpet but manager notified us before our stay. The kitchen could have been better stocked but we understand that if the manager isn’t made aware he can’t fix it. He was notified and I’m sure will take care of it. Beds are all super comfy, even the fold out couch. The bedrooms are pretty tiny so finding a place for suitcases was a little tough. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely stay again! Joe was extremely helpful and responsive. Check out was a breeze. Pretty much get out and go! It was a wonderful get away!

Property was perfect, exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed, and in a great townhome neighborhood. Minor hiccup at check in when didn’t receive check in instructions on time, but fixed quickly by a call from the owner with no delay in our arrival process. Will look to stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Good location to Duvall

The unit was close to many attractions. Being on a very busy street, it was quite noisy. We had some difficultly reaching the host regarding check in as he was traveling. Also, we had difficulty getting information about parking and where it was allowed. The upper bedroom awning was mostly shredded and unsightly. There was also a closet door in the main bedroom that had been cut, as it did not fit the doorway well. A wrong step could have caused injury. I let the host know and he said he would repair both issues.

Great location only 10 to 15 minute walk to more bars and restaurants than you can visit in a week .property was very nice,clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us.mostly seniors at the pool so if your comig to splash around the beaches are nearby.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this unit. The host, Joe, was very helpful and sent us the information in advance, to enjoy the place. We had one minor maintenance item that Joe attended to immediately, and that was much appreciated. The location was excellent- for walking to the park, waterfront, Restaurants, shops etc.

Perfect location! Great place!

The location is perfect: two blocks from Duval, and a fun 5-15 minute walking distance to almost everything else. If we were feeling lazy, we called a $10 Uber. Very nice coffee and sandwich shop one block away. We LOVED the three patio/porches/decks The house was laid out well and the kitchen was beautiful with what appears to be fairly new appliances. The 2.5 baths was a huge plus. Noise. Saw a few unfair comments about being too noisy and I must disagree. The upstairs people slept like babies with the fan on, and the couch sleepers complaint was more the darn roosters in the morning. And there’s nothing you can do about that anywhere in KW. Summary being two blocks from Duval? Pretty darn quiet. Couple notes, but not complaints. You must use the keypad on the FRONT door. In our excitement of arriving, we went to the back door right off the street and tried unsuccessfully punching numbers in a spare key lock box. Also, while the parking spot is a 3-5 minute walk away, be happy you have dedicated parking. I personally found the walk in the Truman Complex relaxing and beautiful. Needed to talk to /ask Joe about several things, none of them major, and Joe was very quick to respond. Great communication. The only thing negative was that the floor wasn’t 100% clean and the top of the fridge was a little dusty. Not a big deal considering everything else. Overall, LOVED THE PLACE! Would not hesitate to rent it again.

This townhouse is updated and clean. It is in the Truman Annex, a very nice area of Key West. It is very close to Duval street, but it is still very quite. Love this place!

Wonderful Location and Property

The house was very clean and spacious enough for 5 adults to stay very comfortably. Beds were very nice. Location is fabulous. Host was readily available for any problems (had a problem with lock but was my mistake). Large kitchen and living room, lovely space to have my coffee outside, either front porch or patio area. Personally I do not understand any less than 5 star reviews. I did not have any issues whatsoever. I will definitely be back and rent this unit.

Key West Paradise

From the minute we walked in, we were treated to a clean, bright, welcoming space. Joe was excellent in answering any questions I had, including giving me specific directions to his reserved parking space. There were a few minor issues, but he addressed them all. Location is the best in Key West. I will definitely rent from Joe again- he was super to work with!

Great location and place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to Duval and Mallory Square. The development pool was perfect. One downfall was parking for people who came to visit us and when we rented a golf cart. No where to park! It was frustrating. The tenants in the development were so kind too and tried to help us. If you are coming with a car or plan on renting a golf cart, you will need to address with the landlord prior to arrival. The other issue we had was the droppings on the window sills and bathroom floors. Other than that the house was clean, comfortable, spacious, perfectly located and just what we needed for our trip!
