A Low Tide is a charming first floor end unit in the Shipyard Condominiums in the award winning gated community of the Truman Annex. | Featuring two bedrooms, one with an adjustable king bed and the other with twin beds that can also be made into a king. In addition there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This property has recently been refreshed featuring new appliances, tvs, bedding, etc.! | It is is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions and includes off street parking for one vehicle. | Enjoy both the front and back rear deck has outdoor dining and lounging all year long. | The refreshing community pool is just steps from the back deck!
Please note: This property will require a minimum of a 28 night stay.

Up stairs people where horrible woke us up early every morning we got to stay.We only got to stay 3 nights out of 7 cause got called back home for a family emergency.They would not give us any of our money back or a credit for another time.

Great Stay in Key West

I just spent a week in this property in Key West and loved every minute of it. The place has everything you need and a lovely backyard to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. It is a less than 5 minute walk to the pool. The location is fantastic. You can walk anywhere and get to Duval Street in 5 minutes and at night you are away from the noise of Duval. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in an amazing location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, a park and a fun spray park; which we loved going to. There was also a nice Farmer's Market Thursday evening along the Waterfront that we enjoyed going to. This property had everything we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor space and the community it was in. We would definitely recommend this property!

Key West Vaca at "A Low Tide"

WE had a great time. The place was in a great location. Close enough to everything including the beach. The place had beach chairs, a cooler and bungee cords which was key for our trips to the beach in our gold cart. The pool was just OK. We're not really a fan of small pools and screaming kids. We would definitely book here again. The only thing we would suggest was listing the fact that there were chairs, cooler, Keurig, etc. so that you knew ahead of time what was included.

Great location

Here is a detailed description of the property. Very clean and well maintained. We could not figure out the sleep number bed remote, but it was not a big deal as the bed was comfortable. I did not feel the need to contact management about the remote. Kitchen and bath are small and cannot accommodate more than one person at once. It was not a big deal for a couple. I slept in the twin bedroom and my hsuband in the king bed. We were both comfortable. The overhead lights in the bedrooms have fans in them, so that was why we slept in different rooms. I like a fan blowing; he does not. The condo is an end unit, so it was not noisy. We could hear footsteps above us, but it was not loud at all. The condo was close to the pool which was nice. The patio are is nice and has a private feel to it. The grill is electric, and we only used it once because it is missing a drip pan. We improvised with an item from the condo. It is short on storage items like tupperware, so if you are going to cook at home, you may want to buy plastic bags or cheap storage containers for leftovers. Overall a 5-star stay and would recommend.

Perfect Location !

We had an amazing time spending our vacay in this cute condo! Great location - within walking distance to Duval St, and just a couple min bike ride to Mallory Square. Very quiet in the complex at night time, away from the hustle & bustle in town. Check in/out process was very smooth. We would love to stay here again if given the chance! Would definitely recommend.

The condo was great. It was in a great location. It was stocked with beach chairs and laundry soap for the washing machine and dryer. It was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great neighborhood

Beautiful condo in a very nice area. Convenient to everything downtown yet peaceful and quiet on nice tree lined streets. Condo clean , nicely decorated and even has ( much needed for me ) a sleep number bed..

Perfect Place!

This place is quiet, in a great neighborhood, and the property is super clean! I stayed in a hotel the week prior to this just a short walk away and found this place to be super clean, beautiful, and there was a great feel about it. There were fresh towels and plenty of kitchen supplies! The pool was clean and very warm. Again, if you are staying in Key West, this is the place to stay. You are only a couple blocks from Duval Street and Whitehead. We had rented a car and found that we really only needed scooters to get around. When I stay again we will get Lyft and then just rent scooters from JV Rental over by Captain Ton'y and the Sandbar Bar. I also liked that there was more than just basic TV. Prime was available and we did watch a couple of movies. We were just a few blocks from the sunset pier where you find the most magnificent sunsets in the entire world. We also were only a few blocks from the southernmost point monument. If you are looking for a place - keep in mind parking in Key West is one of the biggest challenges. Here, parking was included! Again, thank you homeowners for giving us the opportunity to rent such a beautiful place!

Perfection

We had an amazing week staying at Low Tide in the Truman Annex. The condo was very nicely decorated & modern. It even had a sleep number bed! Great proximity to the pool & general great location in town/close to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. Compass was extremely easy to deal with & even granted us a late check-out. We’ll definitely rent this property again!!!

Covid-19 Vacation

This condo is exactly as it appears on line. Very nice location - both in Key West and within the complex - end unit just a short walk from the pool and without any noise. The bedrooms are adequately sized but could use a bit of work on lighting and electrical switches - what goes with what. Same with the television, A property manual would be great summarizing how to use all the appliances and labels would be great. Lastly, spend a lot of time on the back patio which has a generously sized table and chairs. The inside table was set and there was no where to put the items so that we could use it. Preferred to be outdoors anyway. Overall - loved the location.
