Come vacation in the Florida Keys! Duplex Stilt House located in beautiful Key Colony Beach with a 30 foot dock. Sit back in your own adirondack chair on the paver and turf patio overlooking the 100' foot wide canal. Watch the manatees and schools of mullet swim by almost daily. Clean your fresh catch on your cleaning table and grill it on the outdoor grill just a few feet away. Enjoy the convenience of a large downstairs enclosed storage area with a bait freezer, extra refrigerator, and rod holders. Storage area also serves as a hang out room and game room (ping pong table, etc). Care to take a dip in a pool or a plunge in the ocean? We provide your beach towels and the famous Cabana Club is only a 3 minute walk away. Restaurants (Havana Jacks and Key Colony Inn) with live music are also a short walk away.

Head upstairs and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that includes seating, high top dining table for 4, and retractable awnings.

Come inside to a cheerful and spacious open concept living area. New couches, large smart TV, Comcast cable, high speed internet and WIFI. Well appointed and stocked kitchen with large granite counter top and four stools. Two large pantries to secure all your groceries and goods. Dining table for 6 for your family meals. All decor is fun, cheerful and coastal.

Large master suite with king size bed, new furniture and Comcast cable smart tv. Spacious master bathroom with separate vanity and sink area.

Guest bedroom has a bunk bed, full on bottom and full on top. New furniture, mattresses and linens.

Two paddle boards and a two person Kayak included with your rental to explore canals and mangroves nearby. Plenty of bikes for the entire family to cruise around Key Colony Beach or venture out into Marathon.

Pet Friendly for additional $225 fee. Dogs only, maximum of two, 30 pounds each and signed pet addendum.

Parking for 2-3 vehicles and 1 trailer right on our property. Dock space is limited to 30 feet including motors.

Key Colony Beach is centrally located at mile marker 53. The beautiful and peaceful community has a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, several playgrounds, restaurants, sunset park, and your rental grants you access to The Cabana Club, a private club with a 65’ heated/chilled pool, beach, bar and restaurant all are just a short walk away.

Additional Rental Agreement and Pet Addendum (if applicable) to be completed in order to finalize and confirm the reservation once booked.

This was an absolutely amazing place! We have stayed in the KCB area many times, and this was our favorite place by far. Clean, comfortable, roomy, with tons of amenities- bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong! Trust me, your family wants to stay here!

Excellent home in a great location. All amenities you would expect at your home are available here. We felt like we needed to bring very little for an extended stay of 6 weeks. The house is very well appointed with an open living/kitchen/dining area. In addition, the elevated deck that overlooks the canal is a great place to enjoy the day (and the sunset!) with a table, chairs, and a couch.The canal provides lots of enjoyment with boats going by and also manatees hanging around.Hope to spend more time here in the future so that we don’t have to think about the snow at home!

Cozy Meets Entertainment

My husband, parents and I had a wonderful time at the Stilt House. It had everything that we were looking for from an entertainment aspect, as well as a place to relax after a long day of kayaking, fishing, or exploring the Keys. My dad and I enjoy the evenings fishing off the dock, catching channel catfish, where poles were provided, and there is a local general store down the road where we picked up some tackle. We also thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs space where my dad hit the high score for Mrs Pac-Man and my in-laws came to visit from down the road at their own separate property to play ping-pong or chat on the porch. It’s incredibly spacious and one night we were able to host dinner from the well supplied kitchen for my extended family and nieces down the road, who were thoroughly entertained with all of the readily available children’s books. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when I had questions or concerns during our stay. We would absolutely love to go back and visit in the future and are excited for our next trip.

Far exceeded expectations

Often photos of rentals can be misleading but in this case, the home exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated and every need considered ahead of our arrival. There are several places to sit and enjoy the sunny atmosphere. The outdoor backyard with soft outdoor grass carpet, the chairs on the patio on the opposite side to escape the afternoon sun, the lovely upstairs balcony seating and high top table, and a comfortable living room complete a true vacation experience. The owners obviously take great pride in the home with tasteful decorating that is just enough. We had a lovely vacation and hope to return.

Great location!

Our family of 3 vacationed for a week in June 2024, we kept our 24-foot boat on their dock. We had a great stay. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The showers were awesome and wonderful after a day on the water. It has everything you need including board games. The downstairs area is great for storage and has a ping pong table that kept us amused. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A little piece of heaven!

If you are scrolling through listings in Marathon, look no further! This place is adorable, clean, well stocked and a great location. The owners spared no expense on the items in house. Just about anything you might need, is there. The back yard is adorable with artificial turf and Adirondack chairs. The bed and couch are comfy. The bikes and Lilly Pad gave the kids something fun to do. There are also a good selection board games. It’s near the beach club, which you get access to as a renter. We had manatees, including a baby, swim ip to our sea wall. There are also paddle boards. We highly recommend this place!

Keys-y living

Another great stay at Michelle’s beautiful home. We kept busy again with daily activities: running, biking, pickle ball. Rented a boat, fished and snorkeled. We were visited by a couple of gorgeous manatees in the canal. As usual the cabana was as point of relaxing. Made many meals at home. Ate out a bit too. Stayed 10 days and it was absolutely perfect!

Excellent Place!

We absolutely loved this place! The backyard was amazing! Our teens loved the paddleboards, kayaks & bikes to ride to Cabana Club. This place is very nicely decorated and was fully stocked w/ everything we needed! Would definitely return!

Spacious, well kept, relaxing atmosphere

Our overall stay was very enjoyable and felt just like home after our daily excursions. The house had everything we needed and ample space for things of our own. I enjoyed starting my morning relaxing with a cup of tea on an adirondak chair watching the boats go out for fishing. We explored all the keys by day to return for a family dinner and games each night. The open floor plan was very accommodating. Just before sunset we took advantage of the paddle boards and kayak to get out on the water and see the manatee which hung around the canals. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families of 4 as it was the perfect size for our needs.

Paradise

This rental was everything advertised and more! The sun had gone down by the time we arrived on our first night and so we did not get to fully appreciate the house until the next morning. We settled in and unpacked our groceries and bags and went to bed early and slept soundly. We awoke the next morning refreshed and ready to take in the community of Key Colony. But first, we had to check out the canal and back porch area! Beautifully decorated and very inviting this area will bring your group together. We rented a boat for the week and the canal is deep and wide. The house had plenty of room for our 21 foot rental. We hopped on the bikes and rode around the community to investigate what we had to look forward to during our week. We found the Cabana Club very easily. But since it did not open at 10:00 am, we rode on and continued our tour. We found sunset park, basketball courts, big beautiful homes, and finally the pickleball courts. Which we spent a lot of time on during our stay. We eventually found our way back to the Cabana club and spent the rest of the day relaxing by the beach and pool. This area is a definite plus. Not fancy and very much our speed. A gorgeous piece of property on the beach with a large beautiful pool. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. Just make sure to follow the instructions on checking in each day! We ate out at a few local restaurants. All were very good. Island Fish Company, Sparky's Landing, and Havana Jacks. We ate in a bunch too and found the house very well equipped with all our needs to cook. I have rented many VRBO's over the years and this was probably the best-equipped kitchen for cooking needs. Cleanliness. Wow! This is the cleanest rental I have come across. Holli, the property manager was available to us but we needed not a thing. We grilled one night using the outdoor grill. On that same night, a manatee family visited the canal: two adults and a juvenile, A highlight of our trip since none of us had ever seen a manatee before! So exciting! Fishing was challenging on the boat as we visited during a time when a cold front came through and strong winds prevented us from going out very far. But we still had some good days and caught many fish! Coco's boat rental on Coco Plum Drive was great! They provided us with a great rental and very useful information on the area. Michelle has a special touch. You will feel at home during your stay. I promise you will not be disappointed!

We had a great time. Didnt have to go far to get to the Atlantic. We love mini lobster season.

The property owners were very nice and helpful with some changes that had to be made.
