Fun in the Sun! Private pool, 37' dock and Cabana Club!

Looking to have a relaxing time in the Florida Keys? Fun in the Sun is the place to be. Easy access to the ocean and the gulf via Vaca Cut. Adventures and lots of fun in this tropical paradise awaits you! This is a 3 bedroom/3bath pool home with two living areas and tons of outdoor entertainment area. There is parking for 4 vehicles or a boat trailer and 3 vehicles. It's located directly across from the Key Colony Beach's golf and tennis park. There's also a playground for the kids and a basketball court within walking distance, in addition to fine dining areas, a post office, and a world class charter boat fleet. It's also located just a few blocks away from the beautiful Sunset Park on the ocean. Cabana Club Membership (Access to a private beach), 37' boat dock, kayaks, bikes and new private pool in the backyard are included in our rental property.

We had a great two weeks in KCB. The place is very nice. I hate to say too many nice things about it because I want to be able to go next year. The location is great. The pool was nice. They have everything you need.

First of all, Laura was amazing and great help before, during and after the stay. The pool was amazing and we used it daily. Key Colony is such a great area with so much to do. Overall, the house is outdated and quite quirky. For example, on the screened in porch there is a counter height table with 2 chairs that are counter height and two chairs table height. This makes using the table for four people impossible. There are a number of things that just need to be updated to make this unit what it could be.

The host was amazing. The house was laid out beautifully for a family. The location could not have been better, absolutely loved Key Colony Beach, and all that it had to offer. The pool was an added bonus to the house overlooking the canal, gorgeous views for sunset and sunrise. The Cabana Club was also a nice added bonus for a larger pool and a white sand beach.

This was by far one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in. There was nothing that was needed that wasn’t available. Everything was thought of to make our vacation outstanding. The house and pool were clean, There were bikes and kayaks for fun and Laura, the host, was great to work with. We will definitely book again if we return to Marathon.

Excellent location, easy access to Vaca cut gives you gulf or ocean option within minutes. The house was super clean and come very well appointed with all the necessities. The pool was the big winner here, it was cool every day we came back in. Laura is amazing!! Very quick to respond with answers to all questions. 10/10

This house had everything!

My family of four had a wonderful vacation in this home. The description does not do this house justice. The house is SO well stocked and had anything and everything we needed. There was a closet full of towels and wash cloths. The laundry room had detergent and stain remover. There was extra trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels for use. There were also kayaks, bikes, life jackets, and pool floats to use. The pool was a little bigger than the pictures made it out to be. The beds were comfortable as well which isn’t always the case when renting houses. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. If we return to Marathon, we will definitely try to rent this house again.

Great location

Nice vacation place on the canal. Upstairs has an open floor plan and a screened in section of the porch. Close to everything in Marathon. Very clean place. Would definitely stay there again. Also only a few blocks from Sunset Beach. Amazing sunsets.

Great House in Key Colony

This was a great house! It had everything needed for a fun stay in KCB. Very quiet and right on the canal. The house is well appointed and lacked nothing. We spent a lot of time and ate many meals on the second floor screened in porch overlooking the canal. It's only a few blocks from Sunset Park and a short walk to the Cabana Club and Havanah Jacks. You could also do a longer walk to Sparky's Landing or the Island Fish Company--all great restaurants. There were 3 bikes for use as well as two adult kayaks and one child's kayak which were easy to launch from the dock. It's right across from the golf course and park that also has pickle ball, tennis and other games. This was our second stay in KCB and our first stay in this house, but would definitely come back.

Perfect Keys Getaway

Great property in great location! We’ve been coming to the Keys for 15 years and this was one of the best properties. Property manager was easy to work with and the house was beautiful and nicely stocked. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful spot in Key Colony Beach

The home worked out perfectly for our trip to the keys, bringing our boat in our family. We got to enjoy many days out on the water with the convenience of the boat in the backyard. It made the trip so much easier. The home worked out great for our family. There’s a lot of room to stretch out between the First and second floor.

Exceptional roomy rental!

Great location with lots of room for everyone to be comfortable. The canal was a great addition for my teen grandson that loves to fish and we saw manatees there in the evenings. 😍 The property was as described and the property manager was easy to communicate and answered all questions promptly. Definitely will be renting this property again in the future!

Vacation

We brought our family dog included, friends and our boat and this was the perfect stay. Clean, boat ramp was right around the corner perfect place to stay. No a single complaint. Corresponding with home owner was quick and easy. Very nice & will return next year!
