Keuka Park Charmer - walk to the lake!

Newly furnished 2 bedroom home steps from Keuka Lake’s shores! Located in Keuka Park, take a short walk down the street to enjoy the sunrise at Point Neamo. This home features a recently renovated kitchen with seating at the counter bar or table overlooking the fenced in backyard. Relax with your morning coffee in the living room with smart TV and wireless internet. Enjoy the summer evenings and take the chill off with a fire. Working during your stay -- a separate office with desk is located off of the living room. Linens, pillows, and towels provided. All on one level so no need to worry about stairs! A short walk to the lake, the property is also within walking distance to a coffee shop (across street at Keuka College) or LyonSmith Brewing. Located just off the wine trail so you're 5-10 minutes away from several award winning wineries and breweries. A wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting the college or need a place to relax and enjoy all the Keuka Lake has to offer!

Perfect home for graduation weekend

This little gem was the perfect place to spend our nights and downtime during my daughter’s graduation ceremonies from Keuka College. It is just the right size for 3-4 people and has been perfectly updated and made an open and airy space in spite of it’s modest size. The host was so inviting and attentive. One of the best I have had the pleasure of interacting with. We could not have been happier with our time spent here. Thank you so much for everything.

Reunion weekend

The cottage is very cute. The kitchen was great! The bathroom is small. The king bed was softer than we prefer. The sliding glass door is difficult to use. If the weather is nice you can walk through Keuka College to the lake.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I get up to the finger lakes a couple times a year and this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect as you are minutes from Keuka lake, Keuka state park, and various wineries & breweries. The house has everything you need for accommodations while also having a nice fenced in yard (perfect for dogs) with a fire pit. We will absolutely book again!

A superb location for my college reunion stay. A short walk from all the activities on campus. This was a great find. We had some confusion on how to work the shower but Charles answered my questions very quickly and everything worked out. The only note was that the closets didn't allow for alot of clothing to be hung as they were storing other items. The house is very cute and cosy. We look forward to returning soon.

Ideal, small, beloved, impeccable Home beside the Keuka College campus, with a lovely walk to the most cherished of the Finger Lakes~ Keuka Lake's~ beach of the College. I note ease in distance from Penn Yan and from~to all area villages, wineries, markets, museums, restaurants, arts venues and events. The owner is superb in clarity, kindness and communication. Safe, quiet, beautiful, clean, with every balanced traditional and modern need and wish lovingly provided and cared for~ a fairy tale Finger Lakes perfection.

Great little place!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house is small but super cute was perfect for myself, husband, daughter and mother in law to stay in for a few days. The host has thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay, would definitely stay again.
