Comfortable and spacious 1150 sq. ft., 2 level townhouse condominium. Just one of our seven two bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space.
King in the master with bath attached, 2nd bedroom can be a king or two twins with additional twin bunkbeds in the same 2nd bedroom, Bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen & living area downstairs.
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.
Picking the perfect location for your stay in Sun Valley is important. Leave your keys in your condo and make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.

Penney’s of Sun Valley… the best place to stay to Ski in/ski out at Bald Mt.

This condo is hands down the best location to ski in/out of Bald Mt. at Sun Valley! The space comfortably sleeps a family of 4-6, is highly functional & very clean! We skied in and out of Baldy, enjoyed the hot tub just steps outside the door and slept comfortably each night! I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting gorgeous Sun Valley!

They weren't joking about "best location in town"

Literally could not have been more happy with the accommodations. The lodging itself was very clean, very high quality, well managed, and it's quite possibly the closest lodging to the Sun Valley base you can get. I brought my parents out to celebrate my mom's birthday and they loved it. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Ideal Accommodations and Location

Ou unit was very comfortable, well-appointed and absolutely perfect location. We walked our dog the 100 or so yards to the river each morning and afternoon and my husband and I walked to dinner in Ketchum each evening. Honestly, our unit was exceeded expectations. Communication was flawless. Everything was great and we will definitely be back!

The condo was clean. It had everything we needed. Great kitchen with good utensils and pots/pans - huge plus. Location is perfect. 200 yards to base of river run. Beds comfortable.

Perfect stay in Ketchum

This condo was perfect for my daughter and I. We stayed for two weeks!! Walking distance to River Run and close to town. Nicely appointed and comfortable. Great for the dogs too!! The condo sits right on the bike path where we met lots of other dogs!!

Quality property with best possible location to ski hill and town....no driving after arrival All appliances and fixtures are quality and the condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need Alan is the most friendly and helpful owner imaginable and the best example of a life well lived A joy to spend time there

Great location

This is probably the closest location to the River Run base in Sun Valley - just a short glide down a path to the gondola. The unit is comfortable, but close to other units. We were in unit 15 which has a great view of the trails and the mountain, but we also have people sitting in a hot tub right outside our glass sliding doors. The service is good. The staff actually brush all the snow off the cars in their parking lot after it snows. There is also a quick snowmobile sleigh ride back to the unit between 3-4 p.m. if one does not want to take the short walk or push ski back from the base. The only drawback is the check-in and check-out times (10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) are not very friendly and not at all flexible based on our experience. Overall, I would recommend this property.
