Experience ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Bald Mountain at this three-level condo nestled at the base of Warm Springs. The lifts are waiting right out back, and they can even be viewed from any of the condo's windows! After a thrilling day of skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or fishing, you'll come home to a heated community pool (open seasonally) where you can relax those tired bones.

Warm Springs Lodge is right next door, offering a food court where you can get coffee at the Konditorei before your day of skiing and hot buttered bourbon at the bar afterward. Downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley are just a few miles away, where you'll find more entertainment and dining in every season. Come summer, this area offers so much, including numerous hiking trails, paragliding excursions, various access points for a day of fishing.

THINGS TO KNOW
Association WiFi can be unreliable, and difficult to stream media.
The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and then again from Thanksgiving through April 15.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Please look way smaller than the pictures portrayed

We truly enjoyed the living room area but when I went down to the lower level I found that the bathroom had not been cleaned and there were hairs in the bed it was quite disgusting. We had trouble with the entry lock. And personally I feel the place was much smaller than what the photos portrayed. Although this sounds negative these problems were rectified quickly and in the winter time this place would be awesome for ski and ski out.

Awesome ski trip

My family and I stayed here for a few nights to ski Sun Valley. The proximity to the warm springs base area was great! We were super comfortable and enjoyed watching the crews prep the mountain in the mornings and evenings — cool perspective right out the windows. The pool (more like a hot tub) was a nice bonus after a fun day skiing. We took the bus into town in the evenings for dinner and appreciated not needing to drive anywhere during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Awkward set up

Location is great and it gets the job done if your there to only sleep and make some food before you leave for the day. Otherwise the living areas are disconnected and it’s hard to hang out as friends or family because spaces are small and spread over three floors. Space is dated and bathrooms are small. As above, gets the job done but not enjoyable or relaxing.

World-class ski resort

I have skied the Rockies for a week annually for 40 years. This rental property affords great value. The ski lift is within easy walking distance (50 yds), WiFi worked fine, the TV has ample channel options, the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom features are modern, condo has nice views, and a heated pool is across the parking lot. Ketchum is a two mile drive away. The only downside is no washer/dryer in the condo, although there is a coin-operated laundry on campus. The most distinctive characteristic of my stay was the comfortable mattress. Highly recommend!

Location

Skiers dream with the lift 40 yards or so away. Easy both ways. Condo is nice but dated. Comfortable but not high-end. Price reflected this and we felt that it was a good deal. A few stairs but that is to be expected. Ski locker across hall was convent. All in all if you are here to ski on a budget this is a good place to be.

Good location, needed cleaning

Upon arrival we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We had to do some cleaning on our own however the management company did address our concerns, including replacing the coffee maker that was broken. Other than that, we liked the property location and it worked well for us

Base Camp for Pioneer Cabin Hike

We enjoyed our stay at the Warm Springs condo. We have several suggestions. 1. The towels were rough and should be replaced with high quality soft towels. 2. The sheets on both beds well pilled and should be replaced with new high thread count sheets. 3. I did not receive an email message with the door entry code from Vacasa or VRBO on the morning of our stay. I had to call the Vacasa help line at 12:30 p.m. to request the door entry code.

Spring Break trip

Good location for a Spring ski trip to Sun Valley with our grandkids. (Please note 1st world problem), perhaps the place is TOO close to the lift when they started banging those chair bottoms down as the chairs come around the bill wheel at 7:00 AM. But our grandkids enjoyed watching the activity right out the window.

Great location and great Value!

I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Only suggestions I would have is need a bigger trash can in the kitchen. Also would love if the stone floors were covered in carpet, but they do their best with lots of rugs. You can’t beat the location and everything you need is literally a few steps away. You can go right down the block and be at Apples for food and beer. The lodge right next door has food and full bar also.

Awesome condo at Sun Valley

Wonderful condo with beautiful views of the mountain, and the absolutely best hot tub (really a hot pool) ever! Everything about the condo was perfect, from the fully equipped kitchen to super comfy beds and sofas, and super fast wifi. Looking forward to many future stays here ... this place is awesome!

Unique experience

Twenty feet from the high speed quad challenger lift, but you can't walk directly to the lift. You have to walk out to the road and down past the day lodge then back up the mountain to the lift. I enjoyed watching the action but my wife didn't like the noise starting at 6:30 each morning. Otherwise a basic ski condo.

The place was under construction, so it was a mess . Their neighbors 2 men are drunks and yelling at night because where I was parked!! Let a terrible letter on my windshield. The throw rugs where all really dirty in the place, and no air conditioning! It was so hot in the place hard to sleep and couldn’t keep the downstairs door open to cool at night because of the weird drunk men !!!

Truly Delightful

The downstairs bed was very comfortable. The layout was perfect for a small group of 3-4 people! The location is beautiful. The booking was easy enough with an exception of the identity verification- appeared to be a glitch with the property management company. Would definitely book again!!

Perfect location next to Warm Springs Lodge

We stayed in this unit in Sun Valley for four days in January 2021. The location can't be beat! We could check out the status of the Challenger lift lines from the living room window. It is a short walk from International Village to the Warm Springs Lodge. The unit is simply decorated, with a nicely stocked kitchen. It is not super fancy, but was comfortable for two couples and we would definitely stay here again!!

It was so hot we couldn’t use the 3rd floor bedroom. One of the fans worked well, the other screeched. We fortunately brought fans knowing it would be toasty. An upstairs AC unit for July and August would fix everything!!! Loved the location.

Ideal condo for two couples

Four of us spent a week at this ski-in-out condo at the base of Warm Springs lift. The location could not have been better, and the rooms and other amenities were clean and comfortable and quiet except we were so close to the lift that anyone wishing to sleep after 8 am would have been disappointed by the noise of the lift operators. Overall, we were very satisfied with the condo and would definitely stay again if we come back to Sun Valley.
