Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly attic apartment in Kenzingen—the ideal starting point for an exciting stay at Europa-Park, excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, and the beautiful surrounding areas of France or Switzerland.

This modernly furnished vacation apartment is located in a quiet area of Kenzingen and spans two floors. With room for up to 6 people, it’s perfect for families, couples, friends, or small travel groups looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodations in the region.

A special highlight is its proximity to Europa-Park: it’s about a 15-minute drive away. At the same time, you’ll enjoy a quiet setting and can relax in a spacious apartment after an eventful day.

The apartment offers approximately 80 m² of living space and is spread over two levels. The open layout of the attic creates a unique, spacious living experience.

At the heart of the upper floor is the large open-concept living and dining area with an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen.
The large leather sofa offers plenty of space to relax and can be pulled out into a comfortable sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of approximately 140 × 200 cm when needed.

The apartment thus offers sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people.

A separate dressing room with built-in closets provides additional storage space for clothing and personal items. This allows suitcases and bags to be neatly stowed away, keeping the living areas pleasantly tidy.


To ensure your comfort even on warm days, the apartment features a built-in air conditioning system in the living and dining areas.

The cooling system also extends into the second bedroom—or the attic—so that this area can be kept at a comfortable temperature even during the summer.

Additionally, extra fans are available in the apartment during the summer months.
