Un hogar atractivo, mantenido con amor durante 110 años, abarca la verdadera elegancia discreta de la época en que se creó. En medio de los 3.500 pies cuadrados +/- de espacio habitable, encuentre 7 elegantes habitaciones acentuadas por 4 baños y medio, cocina de granito actualizada, despensa, acristalado en el porche delantero con fascinantes vistas del mar en constante cambio. Exuberantes jardines perennes admirados por todos los que pasan. Verdaderamente un refugio en el océano junto a Mothers Beach, Webhannet Golf Course y Edgecombe Tennis Club. La Asociación de Mejoramiento de la Playa de Kennebunk (KBIA) ofrece muchas opciones para su familia a solo unos pasos de distancia: área de juegos, piscina, fogatas en la playa, navegación a vela y kayak. También cerca del famoso Refugio de Vida Silvestre Rachel Carson en Wells, un paseo inolvidable que conduce al océano. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, right across from the beach. Clean and plenty of space. Only minor negative for us, because we had little children, is that there was no backyard space.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home for our family Easter gathering. Plenty of room to relax, make dinners, and enjoy the beautiful view from the front porch. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

Great place! Great location! The host responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again. The view is beautiful. The house faces south so we were able to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from the front sitting room. And we really enjoyed the fireplace (we were there in February).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean view Maine home. It was in a perfect location and was an awesome home for our family to celebrate a special occasion. Great communication with host. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

House has everything

We had a fantastic time a perfect place with everything you can think of!! Kids loved it the beach was great we flew kites and let the kids enjoy running on the beach . The view was wonderful.. amazing place for our family get together just perfect

The house is very well appointed with everything you need. The ocean views are magnificent with the ocean being visible from many rooms. The sun porch is the best. Olivia was wonderful to deal with. Her responses were prompt to any of our questions or concerns. The house was perfect for our girls weekend get away.

Birthday celebration

Stayed here for family reunion and birthday celebration. Large house was perfect! Plenty of seating and enclosed sunroom was our favorite place to watch the ocean crashing against the rocks. Bedrooms were very large and comfy.

This three story shingl e Maine beach house has beautiful views of the ocean and beach which is right across the road. With ample bedrooms, baths and a large dining room modern kitchen and porch this house is perfect for families or just friends.

Paradise!!

The best house in the best location possible. Owner is excellent communicator and really cares about the stay of her guests. The house is beautiful but so so comfortable and welcoming. We have gone there twice now and plan to go back again!!!
