"The overall cleanliness was 2/10. The surfaces looked cleaned but behind the toilet was mold, the floors need deep cleaning. The in room coffee maker was filthy with left over coffee in it. I asked for a replacement unit and it too was dirty. The bed smelled of mold. The Closet door was jammed shut ..."
