Great place, owner was really responsive and easy to work with.
I don't like the policy of charging my credit card for a damage deposit. Having this charge on my credit card. Then having to wait 2 weeks for it to get refunded. It has not been 2 weeks yet so we will see that this gets refunded without hassel? This is not the property owners policy this is a VRBO policy. I understand having a damage deposit, it has just never been charged up front. Seems like a long wait time to be refunded. I will be more through with where I stay to make sure this doesn't happen again.
