Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom lakefront cottage home. Featuring 100 feet of lakefront living. 2 full bathrooms, a deck for relaxing, barbequing, and dining, and a fire pit for evening marshmallow roasting. Enjoy fishing off the dock, swimming (3-minute walk to swimming area), boating (boat launch on our street), and nearby towns of Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon.

Inside there is a fully updated kitchen with a large island and stone countertops. The great room features a gas fireplace and knotty pine-clad walls with a classic cottage feel.

Easy walk-up access, and ground floor living with 2 lower floor bedrooms make this a great option for those who want to avoid the stairs. The large lakefront lawn is great for family games and activities.

Notes:
Noise bylaw prohibits loud outside noise from 9pm to 7am. This includes shouting, playing amplified music/musical instruments etc.
Swimming on the lakefront not recommended and may be hazardous due to soft lake bottom conditions. There is a swimming area for the lake located down the street
The boat launch is unmonitored, use caution when using.
There is no air conditioning in the house. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, which help create a nice breeze with the windows open.
If you wish to use the fire pit please bring your own locally purchased wood.
