"1 train stop away from everything you need - or a 15-20min walk! Wouldn't have been ideal if you're heading in and out a lot but we were out one in the morning and back at night and it was great. "

"Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. "

"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. "Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy access to train and bus stations. Easy for Uber and taxis to find. Can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. About 20 minutes by train to most major Tokyo attractions. Tanuki is a great host. Checks to see you are OK via text. The home has all conveniences that are simple to use. "チェックインを機械でする事を知らなく（お知らせがあったのかもしれないが私が読んでいないだけかな？）、受付の人に声かけた所、笑顔も嫌味など無く、淡々とチェックインして下さいました。建物は、アパートをホテルにした様な作りで、ドアの外を歩く人の音はします。部屋の中は広くて綺麗！以前宿泊した別のホテルは浴槽にヌメリがあってガッカリしたのですが、このホテルは、カビやヌメリなく気持ちよく浴室を利用出来ました。朝食無料は、終了時間15分前に行ったら、空になってしまっていたので利用できませんでしたが、食パンが置いてあったのかな？お皿とトースターも置いてありました。朝食を適当に済ませて良い方でしたら、パンだけでも嬉しいと思います。"

"The host Keita is very nice and kind! He provided any help we need regarding our stay. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....
