Need to walk through park can be confusing the first time. Not a lot of park staff or customers speak fluent English to give...

"Air conditioning is centralized. Room is warmer than I wanted. Front desk advised me to crack open the window. The location is great. Just remember to pick a room that has the Mt. Fuji view when making reservation"

"Check in was easy. The living room and dining area were super cozy. Got all of the equipment needed for cooking. Mountain view was great with camping table and chairs on the rooftop. The massage chair did not work so it was a shame. The rooms didn't have any chairs or tables so it’s a bit inconvenient for our bags or personal belongings. Only one of the rooms had a wardrobe, while the other one didn’t have any hooks nor hangers for our clothes. The wallpaper in the toilet had peeled off a bit. "

"Unfortunately, most of the amenities offered in room were not available. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji but the booking was for 3 people and we had one small bed. The only amenities was the public onsen- which we did not need. We checked out within an hour of check in to another hotel. "

"We stayed in the Annex two buildings down, not in the hotel. We had a group of 4 so wanted a larger space for everyone. There were two beds and two futons, plus a couch. Both the beds and futons were extremely hard and none of slept at all. We were also woken up at 8am by construction on the building which we were not notified in advance of. We had a kaiseki dinner at the hotel the first night which was just ok. The staff did not explain anything about what we were eating and seemed...
