Welcome to the newly renovated Draugystės St.6 Apartment! This minimalistic and uniquely designed apartment is equipped with all amenities, so you will feel at home. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is the natural light that reaches it, so you won't feel gloomy in this apartment. Another feature of the apartment is the balcony with outdoor furniture, where the morning cup of coffee will be even tastier!

Also, during your stay, you won't have to worry about parking, you can leave your vehicle in the courtyard of the apartment building.

During your stay in the apartment, you will find all the things that ensure your comfort, such as a coffee machine (we will also serve you the coffee itself), all other kitchen appliances and tableware/dishes, bathroom accessories - hair dryer, towel sets, hygiene items, and all household appliances.

You will find this apartment in a quiet part of Kaunas - Dainava. For those who like a quiet, slow rest, we have excellent knowledge, you will be able to enjoy this kind of rest not only in the apartments themselves but also in its neighbourhood. Just a few steps from the apartment, you can reach the stunningly beautiful Friendship Park. It has renovated pedestrian and bicycle paths, you can admire nature both on foot and while riding bicycles, scooters or rollerblades. Or take part in concerts, festivals or other events organized in this park. For those who like an active lifestyle, don't miss the opportunity to use the nearby sports fields - football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, you will find them all! We have not forgotten those who adore the bustle of the city and the nightlife. A 10-minute drive will take you to the centre of Kaunas, where you will find everything: shopping centers, restaurants, eateries, nightclubs, bars and much more! You will also admire the architecture and history of the city, exploring the old town of Kaunas, the town hall, or Kaunas Castle. In each of these objects, you will notice how intensely life is boiling there, concerts, excursions and exhibitions are already waiting for you.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Dainava. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment..

The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
