"We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance."

"駅からホテル迄の道順分かりづらい。NIPPONIAの簾ある場所にやっと辿り着いたがどこも鍵かかっていては入れない。途方にくれた。どこがホテルフロントなのかさっぱり分からなかった。 スマホに地図載せて客をフロントまで 誘導して欲しい。"

"広々としていてオシャレ。古民家の良さを残しつつ設備は最新だった。気持ち的にのんびりできた。 ・CDプレーヤーはうまく作動せず ・台所のスポンジは持参すべき ・ひげ剃りがなかった ・露天風呂の湯船は汚くて入れず。露天風呂用のシャンプー類が欲しい。"

古民家タイプの宿泊が初めてだったので、色々と準備して行きましたが、日用品やアメニティ、掃除用具まで何でも揃っているので、全くもって不要でした
"古民家タイプの宿泊が初めてだったので、色々と準備して行きましたが、日用品やアメニティ、掃除用具まで何でも揃っているので、全くもって不要でした。家族6人で1泊でしたが、清潔で広々していて、もっとのんびり過ごしたかったです。強いて言うとすれば、日没後の到着となり、周辺には店も灯りも看板もないので、探すのがやや大変だったくらいです。また機会があれば宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。"
