This hotel is very nice and is in the perfect place - just minutes walk from main square with St Mary’s Basilica and just seconds from Florian’s gate and the Barbican in the opposite direction. Staff was just fine- didn’t need much from them but they were happy to call taxis when needed. "This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging...

"Really lovely hotel in a traditional building that’s been nicely restored. Rooms are compact but very comfortable and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the rear terrace. The bar was great, although we didn’t try the food. Loved the water machines on each floor and the refillable glass bottles on each room. Flat 20min stroll to the old town - good location."
