"We stayed here the night before our Mt. Fuji trek. The hotel was everything we needed ! Super close to the train station where we caught the cab to 5th station/ where the bus drops you back. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was much needed after the trek! Would recommend staying here, only a 5 minute train ride to Kawaguchiko station "

"Nous avions réservé une chambre traditionnelle et nous n’avons pas été déçu ! C’était magnifique et conforme aux photos ! Le futon, préparé en notre absence lors du dîner, était très confortable pour dormir à la japonaise ! Les bains traditionnels situés à l’extérieur de l’hôtel (compris dans le séjour et accessible en 2 min à pieds) étaient magnifiques. I liked everything about the hotel, including the motor speedway theme, design, ambiance, facilities, state-of-the art gym, pool, jacuzzi, hot spring water area, hospitality, and impeccable service and manners. "The place felt like a dream! From the outfit you wear throughout your stay to the hot springs outside that made you feel free. The staff was incredibly friendly and I’d recommend it for anyone."

"A bit hard to get to as there are many Rakuten Stays in the area so it can get a bit confusing as you are driving into the area to find which lodge is the one you have booked. Also there was a whole in the concrete of our entrance of our bnb and a cricket had made its nest there, so we could hear the cricket the entire night very loudly."
