"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"As expected, except:Kitchen window towards the entrance can’t be used as people smoke/vape there and it smells up the apartment.Apartment still damp (even with windows open) as heat is turned off.Mentioned about the heat during the first stay, nada response. Complained about shower drain not doing so well. Nada response.On the bright side, no more ant graveyard. However, not sure if those and poison things are still legal in Germany! "Alle fünf Sterne Berechtigt. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur liebt, ist in dieser Unterkunft nach wenigen Minuten zu Hause. Mensch und Hund.Letzteres getragen durch die überaus herzliche Gastgeberin, die per WhatsApp den Aufenthalt angenehm supportet. Die Unterkunft ist zugleich eine Inspiration, was man mit Geschick aus einem alten Raum zaubern kann! Danke. "

"The apartment was great, spotlessly clean and perfect for our group of 4. The location was lovely, with a supermarket close by and an easy 15min walk to the train station.The only problem we had was that there was no check-in information on the listing, so we didn't know how to get access to the building etc. I had to go through VRBO customer support to get in contact with the owner. Once we got in touch he was very helpful, it was just a case of calling an hour before arrival."
