We love the Ko Olina property and this room was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and if we ever needed anything, our needs were promptly met. The view from this room is beautiful too! It was rainy for part of our stay and we loved that we had the pools and hot tub available to spend our time in, even in the rain. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back.

Our family loved staying in this villa. Pam and Cherie were very helpful. The communication was always a quick response. The view from the large lanai was beautiful. Our family couldn't think of one negative thing about our stay in the unit. We will definitely stay at this unit on our next visit to O'ahu and highly recommend to anyone visiting. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Thank you!

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was well equipped with everything you need. The carpet in the primary had some stains and the drapes are also showing some wear but other than that all was good. A side note to the owner (no fault of theirs I’m sure) but most of the games in the chest in the living room were missing pieces so not usable. The variety of different pools was a plus and so close to the beach. Overall a good, comfortable stay. Thank you!

Family Vacation in Paradise

I can't say enough good things about this location and property. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. It was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's expectation. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, but I have to mention the view!! The view on the lanai was breathtaking. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for privacy too. The hosts were gracious and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here again if we’re fortunate enough to get back to Oahu!

Understand the Limitations

We loved the location but the value proposition did not meet our expectations. We were surprised to learn that the actual seating around the main television is not as the photos portray (it is actually smaller). We were also surprised by the dirty dishes, blender, coffee mugs, bathtubs, carpet, and dining table. The "closets" are very small, and the primary bedroom mattress has a bow to it (the middle of the mattress is noticeably lower than the ends). The balcony off the primary bedroom is so small it is effectively unusable. Bedroom 2 does not have a private bathroom (it is shared), and it is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms. 2 adults may find bedroom 2 too small, yet bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds so it is better suited for children.However, we fully recognize that every other review posted on VRBO gives this unit an exceptional rating. So our expectations seem to be much higher than others. Our advice is for potential guests be sure you assess how this unit aligns with your expectations about what is important to you.

Awesome Stay at the Beach Villas

The condo was everything we needed for a great week on Oahu. The place was clean. The property was great with koi feedings, two great pools, BBQs and a safe lagoon for kids. The location was very walkable to around 10 great restaurants and the golf course. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Wonderful stay in a great place

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It's spacious and very comfortable. I think the needs might have been the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a hotel or rental. The owner and property managers went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. In particular we appreciated how well stock the kitchen was and how helpful they owner was at working out an issue with our booking. It's hard to find any fault in our stay...however I will say that there are quite a few rules that need close following. We're rule followers so it wasn't really an issue for us, but it is something to take into consideration.

Lovely stay in a fantastic place

We loved our stay here! The unit was even better than we had expected, complete with amenities for our family that made our trip stress-free and incredibly enjoyable. The unit is well-sized and had enough space for the 3 families traveling together, and the extra bonus of kids toys/books and so many beach/pool supplies was fantastic to keep the kids busy and happy. The resort is lovely and we enjoyed going back and forth between the beach and the pool. We were thankful to have found this place and had a fantastic trip!

A SPECIAL Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed our time on Oahu at KoOlina Beach Resort. The villa was perfect for our family. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort. The ocean view from the deck was awesome, I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the comfortable deck furniture. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool everyday.

A relaxing resort

It was a great location away from other busy areas. As soon as you get off the freeway you immediately feel like youre in the relaxed quiet zone. Sherry was very friendly, thorough, helpful, and easily reachable. The resort was definitely relaxing with minimal noise from kids and we loved the direct access to the lagoons. Reserved parking was easily accessible. The unit itself was very clean. We loved that there were so many extra stuff available, especially for cooking, and the welcome gifts that were given to us. The only thing i would have an opinion about for others that may not be relaxing or may find of an annoyance (i personally was ok with it cause im a rule follower lol) are the many rules of how to care for certain appliances and modern technology that requires instructions. This part did not sit well with my elderly parents as they feel the fear of touching anything cause they could break it or for my nonchalant brother who was super annoyed about too many rules to follow. Again, i was totally fine with that as i understood like with anyone elses home, their are many particular things the owners adopt in their ways of caring for their home. But as a guest, it may not be everyones environment for a relaxing stay, but thats just how most vacation rentals are set up, youre being invited to borrow their home. Thanks again Sherry and Pam. Our overall experience was great!

Unit worked out well for my family. Trip was to take grandkids to Oahu to meet cousins and to enjoy the island. BT-903’s pool and lagoon let them swim whenever they wanted to. There was enough space for a family of eight to hang out and enjoy the unit. Sitting on the lanai in the quiet, early morning, drinking coffee, listening to birds and looking at the ocean. Great feeling. We liked that the resort is very quiet and not crowded. Communication with Sherry was outstanding. The downside: (These can be easily fixed.) 1. No pantry to store items bought from the store 2. The floor was dirty, so we wore socks and bought slippers to wear in the unit. 3. No place to hang wet towels. 4, Center bedroom shower needs in depth cleaning 5. Washing machine washed in hot water only. (couldn't figure it out) 6. Soap dispensers in master bath weren't working.

This property location was perfect. The property manager went above and beyond whenever we had a question, and responded immediately whenever we contacted her. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The view could not have been more spectacular! Will definitely stay here again.

Ko Olina is a great location! Our unit B903 needs a Professional Cleaning---not the 4 hour turn around. Kitchen cupboards are very dirty especially around the pulls. Utensils need replacing-not clean. There was no scrubber in the kitchen for washing, only a dishcloth. Showers need major scrubbing, had mold, Too many
