One room is on the lower level, the others upstairs—ideal for privacy and a restful night’s sleep.

Several single beds, queen-size beds, and a sofa bed allow for practical arrangements for group and business stays.

★ Fully equipped kitchen (ideal for self-catering):
Nespresso Citiz coffee machine, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, range hood, kettle, hand mixer, and a full set of kitchenware.
A dining table can also be used as an additional workspace.

– Self-check-in is via key boxes (building and apartment entrance).
– Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a first-aid kit are available in the apartment.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Eco-Friendly: Environmental protection is very important to us. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality appreciated: We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you anticipate any delays.

Tidy Departure: We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure and leave it as tidy as you found it.
