"The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten. "Wj verbleven hier 3 nachten met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (5 en 8). Ontvangst was heel goed. Receptioniste was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was zij altijd bereikbaar en gericht om het verblijf van de gasten zo prettig mogelijk te laten zijn. Onze kamer, inclusief badkamer en kamervloer, was schoon en dus niet met een franse slag gedaan. Wij waren hier erg content mee gezien wij waarde hechtten aan een schone omgeving.

"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. "I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"The check-in process was unclear and no staff was on site. No code was provided for the six lockboxes outside premises. When Expedia staff had to intervene no I do was provided that the hotel has rooms in other buildings. Another example of a hotel that’s run without staff at the premises and cannot be contacted to resolve an issue. Most terrible check in ever."
