"This townhouse was perfect for my husband & I. Beware there is a flight of stairs from the lower level up to the 1st floor, then a flight up to the 2nd floor. Didnt bother us at all. Helped us get our steps in lol. There's also no washer dryer but again NOT a big deal. The bedswere SUPER comfy, the shower was hot& the pàtio was perfect. GREAT stay & looking forward to next time. The owner was also great & informative. See you next time Tami!"

"Everything was as pictured and listed. Beds were comfortable. Things were clean. The home had a little more personal clutter than I prefer, but there was still room to "move-in" during our stay. Thank you for preserving this nice tri-level family home."

"The host never contacted me with arrival information and after numerous attempts to contact them, there was just nothing. I ended up stranded in Kansas City with no where to stay. DONT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"

"The perfect spot for a girl's getaway vacation. The house was clean and perfectly decorated and had so many neat touches. The couches and fire pit on the rooftop with the bags and a beautiful view of the city off in the distance. We were in a neighborhood, but the location gave the feeling of being in a secluded area. The hot tub and fire pit was so nice. We will be back!"

"The house itself and the host were great. The only negative we had was the alley to get to the backyard where the parking spot is. It was very uneven and tight. It was pretty difficult to get our honda crv in and out. The water pressure of the shower was not great. Overall it was a good stay. "

But the communication was tailored for their own needs, not for the needs of the guests. They didn’t make it easy or make it feel welcoming. The place was comfy, clean and pleasant. "Felt at home. Privacy was respected, yet we knew we were just a call away if we needed anything. House has everything we needed and then some (baby supplies). Decor was nice but not over the top. We will definitely look at staying here again next time!!"

"Our week was split between Overland Park and Topeka, so this was a good in-between location for us. Having two kitchens was a big draw. The listing was accurate, and the hosts were fantastic communicators. There was a minor sump pump issue which they addressed very quickly."
