"We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! The home was a great place to gather—plenty of space, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and inviting. The kids were so happy with the pool and hot tub! Shaymond was an outstanding host—very communicative and helpful. He even stopped by personally to assist with the backyard lights, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for home base!"

"It is a wonderful place. Everything is as described. The house is clean and nicely furnished. Jess is an amazing host! We felt so welcomed."

"We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable"

"Our week was split between Overland Park and Topeka, so this was a good in-between location for us. Having two kitchens was a big draw. The listing was accurate, and the hosts were fantastic communicators. There was a minor sump pump issue which they addressed very quickly."

"The host never contacted me with arrival information and after numerous attempts to contact them, there was just nothing. I ended up stranded in Kansas City with no where to stay. DONT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"

"We had a wonderful time plenty of space and lots of stuff to do. All four couples had their own space. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The only things that I would recommend is for the owners to get some new pots and pans. The front door is very very hard to get in, the house is set at 75 when we walked in which is wayyy to hot for these summer months and it took a few hours to cool it down and they need a few more fans in the house for super hot days. But there is a dollar...

"Good experience. Clean, well maintained and not hard to find. Good parking in back - it would be helpful if the house number was also shown on the back door to help with finding the right property. Contact with the property manager was outstanding and very useful."

"The house is wonderful! It's super cozy and inviting. We really enjoyed the conversation jar, and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and kitchenware."

"This was an adorable little bungalow. Very clean and easy parking and accessibility. One step to get into the house so for older and disabled it’s a perfect fit. Very close to the hospital, exactly what we needed. Communication with management was exceptional. We would certainly come back! Thank you!"
