Street parking available, plus walkability to local restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Only complaint was that you have to keep most of the doors open in the house to stay warm at night, and the rain shower heads don’t rinse the shampoo out of your hair very well.

Nice option for events at the Crown Center

Cute house, lots of room for everyone to spread out, fenced yard for the dog, the AC worked well, lots of restaurants and shopping close by - would recommend highly for people looking for a place to stay near the Crown Center

Megan was super responsive and a delight to rent from. Location super close to great shopping and restaurants - less than a 5 min drive to Country Club plaza. Also close to downtown, just a 15-20 min drive if visiting for a Chiefs or Royals game as well. Nice to have the yard for your dog and just to hang out in. Would definitely recommend!

Well located property in Kansas City

We had a great stay in Kansas City. This property was well located for the activities we wanted to explore: Crown Center, Union Station and Boulevard Brewing. The host was very responsive to messages and the property was clean and well cared for. I loved the coffee bar and my son loved the video game room. A great property that served our needs well.

Cute and cozy, great location!

I stayed here with my family over Christmas. There was plenty of room and it was super toasty. We cooked a few meals in and were so close to everything we needed. There are some nice antique stores within walking distance and the zoo, mall and waterpark are just short drives away. Would definitely stay here again!

KC reunion

Perfect house for our annual KC reunion. It’s clean, beds are comfortable, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. The location is great! We spent time in Westport, the Plaza, and at Westwood park just blocks away. The deck area out back is a wonderful place to hang out any time of day. This is our second time staying here and we will come again.

Lovely outdoor patio and great location

The house was cute and very clean! The beds and living room furniture were both very comfortable. The location is perfect with KU med and 39th street, Westport, and the Plaza all very close. Our favorite part was the wonderful back patio!! We would definitely stay again.

Clean and cozy house very convenient to everything in KC. Really nice to have 2 bathroom downstairs. Great for bird watching right from the back deck. We had a wonderful family celebration.

This house was great for my bridesmaids and I to stay and get ready together on my wedding morning. The space is somewhat small, but nicely renovated. Very cute aesthetic which made for fun getting ready photos! The owner was great with communication. Loved it!

Family meet in Kansas City

This house was a good mid-distance location for my husband & I from TX and our daughter & family from St Louis. It was very close to breweries and BBQ which was on our list of things to do. The house was the perfect size for 4 adults and a 3-year old. And the 3-year old loved the game system in the bunk room.

Great KC Vibe

We have family on both sides of the state line, so this stylish home was a perfect weekend refuge right in the center of it all.A nice alternative to cookie-cutter suburbs.Megan has really improved upon the natural charm of this cozy home. The bathrooms and kitchen particularly stand out for their beautiful design.. The upstairs bedroom is all windows on three sides, nested among the trees.The outdoor space is ample, with both a front porch and a furnished back deck offering plenty of room to spread out and relax.We would definitely stay here again. 4 night weekend in KC

really nice house, just what we needed for the 4 nights in KCKS. We had 4 adults, 2 small children and a dog. Everyone had plenty of hang-out room and plenty of space for belongings. Close to all areas of town, easy neighborhood to get in and out of. Lots of good dining options within just a few blocks. Easy parking in back of house that made it easy to load in/load out all luggage. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks
