Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!)

Clean and Quiet

The host had the house nice and cool when we arrived in a heat wave. There was even cold drinking water in the fridge. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a peaceful little backyard. The house was very clean and I really appreciated that they wash the comforters between each guest. There are extra mattresses if you need to sleep more people but just realize there is not room for the matresses in the bedroom. They will be in the living room. Highly recommend!

Great House with all you need

We loved the house and all it had to offer. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and all the essential items in the kitchen. Plenty of nice towels, blankets, and linens. The only thing I was disappointed with was the upkeep of the yard. We chose this location as we were traveling with a pet and paid extra for that reason. But it was perfect for us as there was advertised a danced in yard. There was in fact a fenced in yard but… the grass was so high we hesitated going outside or letting her go outside because of ticks. I had one on myself as well as some on the dog. We questioned the need of mowing and someone did show up to mow a day later. But…. Only the center of the backyard was mowed. The rest of the back yard was still overgrown and untidy. We were unable to use the back patio/deck or cook outside because of what looked like poison ivy growing around it. It’s sad that such beautiful locations/homes become disappointing due to unkempt lawns.

Small but comfortable

Pros: very comfortable living room for 3 people to lounge, great back yard for dogs, plenty of kitchen necessities, plenty of clean towels, responsive host. Cons: very small master bath (this didn’t bother me, but bothered my taller husband), “breakfast included” appeared to be open items left by prior guests.

Perfect Spot for Spot

This property is clean, well maintained and in a quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood. I’m not sure I saw another person at surrounding properties. The fenced in yard is perfect for taking woman’s ;) (okok or man’s) best friend, Spot (replace with your dogs name) along (+pet fee). Everything to clean up after Spot is right there at hand as well. Full kitchen for making your own meals, garage space, and well lit entrances. Easy and quick access to convenient centers and highways. Pleased with this rental and would suggest to others and reserve for myself again. The only reason scored with four Star was payment and communication issues caused by VRBO app, not owner or property.
