It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love the space because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Loved the space. Bed was extremely comfortable!!! Only thing I can think is that pans/cooking pots and baking wear, could use more.

First I will start with what went well. Loved the decor & the amount of space of the unit. What I didn’t appreciate was how dirty the rental was. Cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs on the floor, a past renters dirty underwear & sock left behind. While the property manager did apologize & offer a minimum refund i certainly would not recommend this unit.

The property was clean and very welcoming! It gave off this cool, midcentury modern style with some pretty cool wall art. It’s also a short walk to shops and gas stations.

I really enjoyed this rental home. It is decorated with funky art and the beds are very comfortable. It is also very close to downtown Lee's Summit which was perfect. My daughter and I felt safe staying here. It is an old home so there are thin walls. If you are a light sleeper keep that in mind. We had no issues with the guests staying under us. You could hear cars driving by but neither of us had issues sleeping. There are stairs and uneven floors (which were not an issue for us). Its something to keep in mind. I really liked this stay and the owner was super easy to communicate with. Oh and the AC was fabulous in that hot summer weather. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My parents came in town from Atlanta and stayed at this property again. They had nothing but great things to say again. They have said this will be their go to spot to rent when they come to town. It is always clean and well appointed and the owner is very nice and quick to respond. It is in a great location and in walking distance of so much to do in Downtown Lees Summit.

Overall stay was good. The flooring in the apartment upstairs is not all on one level. There are small steps throughout the house that will catch you if you are not paying attention. This was not noted in the description. In one bedroom the ceiling fan blades were missing.

We stayed at this property during Christmas this year while visiting our daughter and family in Lees Summit. It was the perfect place to have our “own” space while in town. The property is uniquely appointed and very homey. It is a great location and is close to everything. We adore downtown Lees Summit, especially during the holidays. We hope to be able to stay at this property again when in town visiting with family.

Stayed 4 nights in this charming 2nd floor flat. Great location, just a 5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit. Appreciated the private porch for enjoying coffee each morning. Definitely will be back again.

The pictures were right on, and the decor and setup was convenient for my weekend getaway with friends...The host Dan was awesome with responding back with anything and made the place so accommodating for my stay...For the price and the convenience of the location to downtown, definitely will be using again while in Lee Summit... Apartment was clean, delightfully cool (over 100 degrees outside each day), stocked with all kinds of tea choices, coffee, creamer, sugars and other basics. Just blocks from downtown Lee's Summit which was very convenient for eating out and shopping. Included large screen TV, Wifi, shampoo/creme rinse/body wash in shower, plenty of towels. Eclectic decor, easy access and plenty of parking available. One thing to watch is uneven floor from kitchen area to sitting room and bedrooms, but easy to adjust to that; small mat marks the transition. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect stay for us! Easy, clean, comfortable, and UNIQUE. Dan's communication was perfect, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. Both queen beds were EXTREMELY comfortable, rooms were spacious, and the decor was just incredibly fascinating/ diverse/ unique. Next time we're in the area, this will be our first choice.

Great Location! 5 minute walk to boutiques, restaurants and entertainment. Short drive to Katy Trail and Lake Jacomo. Great apartment! Quiet apartment with eclectic decor and thought provoking artwork. Great host! Provided a comfortable home for an enjoyable getaway.
