Perfectly situated right across from the beautiful Sunnyside Park, this stylish two-bedroom home offers the ultimate blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Kansas City charm. There is a fenced yard at this property and a park right across the street! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
