With two homes, your group doesn't have to coordinate every meal, shower, bedtime, or morning routine around 20 people sharing one space.
When it’s time to gather, come together for meals, conversation, grilling, and time outdoors. When the day winds down, everyone has more room to recharge before tomorrow’s wedding, graduation, ceremony, sightseeing, workday, or celebration.

Across the two townhouses, your group will have six private bedrooms, all located upstairs. Each home has a primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each also has a second king bedroom with Smart TV and a third bedroom with a queen bed and dedicated work desk.
That gives your group, across both homes:
4 king beds • 2 queen beds • 4 queen-size futons
The four queen-size futons are located in the main-level living areas and can also be used as beds, providing additional sleeping flexibility without requiring stairs.
Each home has three full bathrooms, for a total of six full bathrooms—especially valuable when a large group is getting ready for the same wedding, graduation, ceremony, or event.
Each townhouse also has a main-level full bathroom with steam shower included with your stay, giving your group two steam showers across the two homes.
TWO KITCHENS MAKE GROUP TRAVEL EASIER
Twenty people and one kitchen can get crowded quickly. Here, you'll have two fully equipped kitchens, each with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, counter space, and everything needed for anything from morning coffee to meals together.
Different families can prepare breakfast on their own schedules. Kids can eat in one home while adults gather in the other. Or use both kitchens when preparing food for the entire group.
You get the convenience of staying together without requiring everyone to do everything together.

Both homes offer flexible indoor dining arrangements for up to 10 guests per home, giving you more flexibility for meals and celebrations.
Outside, each townhouse has its own dining gazebo with seating for up to 10.

Both homes have private fenced backyards, gas grills, outdoor dining, and fire-pit areas, giving your group even more room to spread out and spend time together.
One home adds the enhanced Backyard Retreat experience, with rocking egg chairs and a fire table—an inviting place for morning coffee, evening conversation, or simply slowing down between plans.
Whether you're grilling dinner, sitting outside after a wedding, or catching up with family you don't see often enough, the outdoor spaces give your group another place to actually enjoy being together.
A LITTLE EXTRA RELAXATION
After a full day, your group has two main-level steam showers—one in each townhouse—included with your stay.

The backyard sauna at the Backyard Retreat home is available as an optional add-on for $250 per stay.
Sauna access is not included in the standard reservation price.

This listing is for both neighboring townhouses together and accommodates up to 20 guests.
You are booking two separate, fully equipped homes located directly next to each other under one roof. The homes remain separate—they are not internally connected—giving your group the privacy and functionality of two complete residences.
Across the two homes, you'll have:
6 bedrooms • 6 full bathrooms • 2 kitchens • 4 king beds • 2 queen beds • 4 queen-size futons • 2 steam showers • 2 fenced backyards • 2 gas grills • 2 outdoor dining gazebos
All six private bedrooms are upstairs and require stairs. However, each townhouse has two queen-size futons plus a full bathroom with steam shower on the main level, providing sleeping and bathroom options without needing to go upstairs.
The steam showers are included with your reservation.
The backyard sauna at the Backyard Retreat home is optional and available for $250 per stay. Sauna access is not included in the standard reservation price.
Exterior security cameras are located around the garage, gate, and entry areas for safety and security.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the homes, within 25 feet of the homes, or in the backyards.
