Cozy Guest Suite with Fireplace & Private Entrance

  • Come enjoy your stay at our home with a private entrance and outdoor patio in the back of the house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have an entire guest suite to yourself including one bedroom with an attached bathroom as well as a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. Prepare meals and cocktails at the wet bar before settling down in front of the fireplace and watching your favorite movie on the smart TV w/ access to free wifi.The entire basement suite is designated for the booking guests only! The driveway and backyard are shared spaces on the property. I am available at any time of the day by using the messaging service through the app. Please park all vehicles (2-3 total) along the left side of the driveway at all times. If you must park in the street for any reason please let me know ahead of time. Extra bedding for the pull-out couch is located in the cedar chest at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom. A small heater and stand up fan as well as the iron and ironing board are located in the closet in the main living area. Bassinet and/or pack-n-play are available upon request for infants and children under 2 years old at no additional cost. Smoking allowed outside in patio area ONLY! No smoking inside the suite. Absolutely NO parties and quiet time after 10pm.

this place was simply amazing. It’s like your own hotel suite with everything you could possibly want. The next time I come up this way I’m planning on booking my entire stay there instead of just one night.

This space is so adorable! It was very clean, comfortable, and roomy. Perfect location for me to visit my family nearby. I would love to stay here the next time I visit!

The property was perfect for our visit. Very spacious, modern decore, extras like coffee in the room. We loved our neat, quiet, spacious accommodations! Very private and quiet.

Perfect place

The perfect place to stay for a couple of days away. It was just the reset my heart and mind needed. The family living on property made me feel safe and secure since I was traveling alone - but the nice private apartment gave me the solitude I needed! Can’t wait to go back in warmer weather so I can enjoy the adorable patio!

Nice and Roomy 1bd Basement Flat

Clean and comfortable place to stay in the Grandview area. All the basic amenities for a couple (or three adults) to stay while visiting the area. Assigned parking and private entrance. Owners were very easy to work with; great communication.

Amazingly Cozy Stay

It was lovely to stop and rest in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A great place if you want to explore the nearby city without staying in it. Perfect for what we needed! And our hostess was very responsive and accommodating…I really appreciate that!

Just stayed over night

We were only there over night. It was a very nice place. Comfortable bed. Soft bedding. We slept very good. The decor was nice. We will look for this place next time we're in KC.

When we arrived, we couldn’t get in but within minutes, Melody responded and helped us out. Such a cute place and we hope to be back one day!

Enjoyed the place, wish it offered a stove to cook with. Otherwise, all was great. I would recommend shoveling the walk ways for safety but otherwise great host!
