"Heaven!! Beautiful views and lots of space to walk around the area. Staff were super nice and the blue ‘pidgeon wings’ tea is sooo nice I had to have more. This was the welcome drink! It quite far to get to from cochi but I would definitely love to come back here. "

"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "This is a lovely property. It’s quiet, the rooms are nicely furnished with good amenities, bathroom is great, balcony and living area all good. Room service and restaurant are both excellent. Service from all staff is professional, friendly, warm and helpful. I would stay here again, thank you. "

"This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. The balcony was nice and so was the view. No ac in this hotel, and no mosquito nets. There was a really old plug in fan in the room though and it didn’t really fit well with the rest of the room. "Staying in Munnar is expensive, even for 2 nights. I decided to stay in a hotel which is approx 10km from the city. This did mean I needed to be transported everywhere if not exploring the immediate area. I wanted to see Munnar and all it had to offer in 2 nights. Fortunately I did find a tour which would cover this and provided a collection and drop service. Though, due to the distance you must acknowledge it'll be approx 500 INR each way. "This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace. The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise.
