House rules-

1. Kitchen Use: You are welcome to take full advantage of our fully equipped kitchen, but please clean up after yourself and keep things neat and tidy

2. Smoking Policy: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***

THERE WILL BE A $1000 FINE FOR ANY EVIDENCE THAT SMOKING OCCURRED IN THE HOME.

3. Guest Visitation: If you plan to have additional visitors, please inform us in advance. Any additional guests staying over night must be added to your reservation.

***NOTE***

Any additional persons not included in the number of guests in your reservation or not reported to the host will be subject to $100 per unreported person.

4. Open Communication: If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

5. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. If you need special accommodations, please let us know in advance.

6. Lights: Please turn off the outer lights by 7:00 PM and dim the lights in the common areas by 10:00 PM to create a relaxing atmosphere and adhere to Utah's Dark Skies.

7. House Rule: Additional Pet Fee.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, when accompanied by a pet there is an additional pet fee of $80. Please note that the base rate includes accommodation for one dog. For each additional dog, there will be a fee of $20 per night. This helps us maintain our space and accommodate all furry friends properly. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

If your pet is a designated service animal, please provide proper documentation via email or the Airbnb app prior to arrival.

NOTE: Pets are not to be left alone in the home without an owner under any circumstances. Violations of this will be subject to a $100 fine.

Simply the best!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this property is right at the top of our “simply the best” list! Best bed, best view, best lighting, best full pantries, best cutlery, best starry nights, best architecture - I could go on and on but you get the idea. Spectacular property but extremely user friendly. Felt just like home and hard to leave! Highly recommended!

Great views, great rooftop deck.

Great place to stay for visiting the Glen Canyon area. We loved the kayak trip Katlyn from Lakr Powell Kayaking and Paddleboards. Also, great tour of Antelope Canyon, but avoid Ken's as the bathrooms there were Terrible. We had lunch at the lodge in Glen Canyon. Dog friendly, great scenery and mocktails.

Definitely Wonderful&Clean Place

The host offered lots card games, drinks, everything need for stay, and good suggestions to place to go around! The place is easy to found, big enough for families trip, and cleanly. Would definitely recommend to people, close to everywhere, lots of stars during night, sun rises are terrific!!
