"This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip. Bottled water in the rooms, working mini fridge, access to English YouTube, air conditioner was working well, lots of space. Great restaurant and patio. I would totally stay at this place again. 5 star."

The location was good for Prague access, not so much for airport access but the main problem there seems to be no train service and highway traffic is heavy and slow. "Very clean building with an excellent staff. EVERY morning the breakfast was amazing. If I had to complain it would be the lack of AC, but I was accommodated with an additional fan. The lack of AC is more of an Europe issue than the establishment itself. I highly recommend this hotel."

Le nettoyage est moyen.
Il faudrait peut être donner moins de chambre a nettoyer a l’équipe. .
J’ai quand même aimé mon séjour.

"Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."

"This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable.
The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes.

"Staff we awesum, helpful & really friendly. Breakfast was excellent & amazing & such a great variety of food & beverages. The take away sandwich was a huge benefit, it allowed us to only buy an evening meal.
Tram transport was ideal across the road.
Rooms were cleaned each day & our cleaner was lovely.
Would highly recommend to others & would definately stay there again if ever we go to Prague again.
