"Originally the ancestral beach front home of Hawaiian royalty, the 3,200-acre Mauna Lani Resort now offers an exquisite blend of sophisticated luxury and Hawaiian-style hospitality. Mauna Lani Resort is just 25 minutes north of the Keauhou-Kona International Airport." The Villages is a prime location for easy access to restaurants, shops, and live Hawaiian entertainment. Appropriate aged children can stroll next door to the Shops at the Mauna Lani for a shopping, a smoothie or order and pick up a pizza!

This spacious Lehua model townhouse has an open floor plan covering 2174 sf. of luxurious living! It features 3 ensuite bedrooms and a guest half bath. It is truly a slice of paradise with mahogany trims and doors, upgraded countertops in kitchen and baths, and natural stone flooring and bedroom carpeting. The first floor ensuite bedroom is perfect for parents who prefer a ground level.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen appliances featuring Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf oven, microwave and stainless steel cooktop and separate wine cooler. Your family or guests can gather around the breakfast bar to keep the conversation going as meals are prepared.

Push back the lanai doors and unite inside dining and spacious living with the outdoors! The almost one of a kind lanai BBQ with wet bar and heating drawers is an entertainers dream! Enjoy sunrise and sunset meals or lounge in the morning as the sun comes up with a perfect cup of Hawaiian coffee!

The Villages community amenities include free access to the recently upgraded pool and spa as well as an exercise room. This townhouse offers an access beach pass to the Private Mauna Lani Beach Club and walking distance to the newly remodeled Mauna Lani Auberge Resort and the Fairmont Orchid hotels. Stroll or speed up your walk on the many paved walking/running paths throughout the resort. An especially fun time to watch the famous Ironman event each year. Family memberships are available at the Mauna Lani Spa and Fitness Center.

This townhouse has a two air-conditioning system controlling each level to the comfort of your family and guests. There are three lanai locations, two on the first floor and one off the upstairs master. A long hallway at the top of the stairs separates the king master and upstairs ensuite guest room which sleeps 4.

It may be hard to pull away from this luxurious townhouse just relaxing and laying back, but don't forget to include site seeing trips like the 2.5 hours scenic route to the Volcano National Park or star gazing on the top of the Mauna Kea observatory!

We love the Villages

This is our 3rd year staying in the Villages and we love it. The host accommodated our crazy flight schedule and let us check in early and leave later. The home was very clean and had beach gear for our use. We were met with coffee and a spirit of our choice!

Simply amazing

We had a fantastic stay here! The property is amazing, and suited our needs perfectly. The manager was always available and easily contacted. We had no major issues at all during our stay. It is conveniently located, and very quiet. The beach equipment was very nice, and we used it a lot! The kitchen is great, and the lanai is lovely. We also could walk to the pool, which was nice. It was a perfect place to enjoy our vacation.

Great Place to Vacation

Very beautiful house with all of ammenities one needs. Great location, the community pools is just a short walk. We rented a golf cart to get around to the pool and beaches and was the best thing we did. The owner was very easy to work with and super helpful with accomidations.

Perfect Stay in Central Location

For our 10 day stay we made this our base for exploring the island. The property was perfect and the kitchen was well equipped with every thing you need. The beach club was amazing with great snorkelling. Donna was great and everything went smooth.

Ohana in Waikaloa

Beautiful home - so spacious and well appointed. They thought of everything, like the garage full of beach toys, inner tubes, pool noodles (in which I love to float in the ocean), plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas! The kitchen was well stocked with pans to cook with. The community was beautiful and so clean. My family and I felt so at home here and will definitely be back!! Centric and peaceful

The place is gorgeous and equipped with everything you may need including a travel crib which came in handy with our toddler. We had no issues during our stay and the property manager was not only friendly, but very helpful, and accommodating to our requests. We will be back again!

Great location, near market, beach golf. Property well maintained and quiet. The unit was outstandingly clean and very well stocked. We couldn't think of one thing we needed upon arrival and that usually isn't the case. Donna, the property manager was outstanding - probably the best one I've worked with over the years. Amazing property

This home was a perfect place for my family during our Hawaii Christmas vacation. The home met all of our needs with the number of rooms and beds, great space to hang out, outdoor space, spacious kitchen and access to pool and beaches. This home was perfectly situated between Kona and Waimea and made it easy to get Hilo, Pololu Lookout and allowed us to make the most of exploring the island. Donna was extremely responsive and even made a call before our trip to provide information to make our trip as memorable as possible. As we arrived on Christmas Eve Donna made sure the home was ready with a decorated palm tree and some welcoming gifts. Definitely a home we would return to. Thanks Donna for such a wonderful experience!

The Best!

This is an absolute stunner! The condo is beautiful, in a great location, and set up perfectly. We’ve stayed in Kona several times, and this is by far the best. The pool was very nice and quiet and the access to the beach club was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. I enjoyed cooking on the outside grill too! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful clean property! Would recommend!

This property was perfect for our family. We had six people traveling and the bed configuration was just what we needed. The home is big enough to stretch out and it has all of the amenities you need (kitchen items, beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler, and beach chairs.) The location is great! it's in a newer quiet neighborhood. It's within walking distance of the market. It's not quite close enough to walk to the beach (we did one day), but with the convenience of the parking pass for the Mauna Lani Beach Club, you should just drive because you can take the cooler and beach chairs with you. Donna has been very helpful to work with! Check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. She was incredibly helpful at check out and even accommodated a unique request for our family. She went out of her way to help us and we appreciated it very much! I would recommend this property.

Excellent family getaway

Property was extremely clean on arrival. Donna communicated very well all the important lock codes and info clearly which made check in easy coming in very late at night. The house is well equipped but not cluttered and has all necessary beach supplies in the garage for tenant use. Area is quiet and very safe... We hope to be back

Property exceeded expectations

Upscale property that furnished everything needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked. All bathrooms were en-suite. There were beach chairs. Boogie boards, large cooler, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Great place

This is a fantastic condo on the Big Island. The location is terrific - right in the midst of the Mauna Lani resort area on the northwest coast. Good private and public sandy beaches and many restaurants and stores close by. The condo is beautiful decorated, looks new inside and impeccable clean. Beds are comfortable. Gated, quiet Villages neighborhood. Nice community pool well equipped workout gym within walking distance. The patio and balconies are nicely furnished and comfortable although the views are are of other neighbors’ condo and the garden-like landscape - not bad but not big views. I highly recommend it and would happily stay there again. It is the nicest VRBO I have ever rented.

Great property with lots of excellent dining options nearby

Comfortable house with plenty of space for 6 adults. Very clean with private Mauni Lani beach club access about 1+ mile away, or Hapuna Beach, about 10 min drive north. Excellent dining options at the nearby resorts including Napua (at the beach club), Canoe House at Auberge, Brown's at the Fairmont Resort. A short walk to Foodland supermarket for groceries and great Poke. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend this property to family & friends.
