This 4 bedroom, 2100 square foot home, comfortably sleeps 10 and is located within the KaMilo community which is part of the world class resort of Mauna Lani! Mauna Lani is on the beautiful Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. The grounds within KaMilo are well maintained and provide a lush tropical atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge, knife set, stainless steel appliances and granite counters is a chefs dream. The two Master bedrooms have full ensuites, king beds, walk in closets, and lanai's with bistro table or loungers. The third and fourth bedrooms include a queen bed and two double beds, with a full bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's (32' to 42') and cable. The open living room concept has a 50' flat screen TV. Retractable glass patio doors provide an open air environment between the great room and main lanai. Stepping outside, you will be greeted by a stainless steel BBQ, large patio table and outdoor ceiling fan. The home is fully stocked with paper products, spices, kitchenware, beach towels and pool toys. The property has a full sized washer and dryer.

The KaMilo complex has a putting green on-site. Located within a 2 minute walk of the property, is the private KaMilo resident's recreation center. It offers a state of the art workout facility, two hot tubs, two pools, cabanas, lounge chairs, patio tables and a covered pergola providing relaxation and a resort atmosphere. You are within walking distance to the Fairmont Orchid Hotel and The Shops at Mauna Lani. These venues provide a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, food market and beach access.

You are a 5 minute drive (10 minute bike ride) to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club which you gain access to as our guests. This Beach Club is located within a protected white sand beach cove at Makaiwa Bay. As our guest, you will have access to the beach chairs and cabana chairs. Napua at Mauna Lani Beach Club is the on-site open air restaurant and is open for lunch and dinner.

This property was gorgeous! The house, the grounds, the neighborhood setting, was just perfect for our three families. It's a two minute walk from the house to the neighborhood pool and hot tub (which were beautiful) and was a wonderful way to end our beach or volcano days. This house is conveniently located to several beautiful beaches. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. Every pot, pan, appliance, you could possibly need is provided. Beach gear, towels, snorkels, boogie boards and two bikes are all provided. I would highly recommend this house on this beautiful island. I always expect to have some little glitch that has to be dealt with when we rent vacation homes but this house had none! It was perfect. Thank you so much Heidi and Miguel for providing such a wonderful place to stay on the Big Island!

We stayed as a group of 10 and the house was big enough for all of us. The hosts provide BBQ, beach bikes, beach towels, boogie boards and more. There is a pool within the community that has additonal bbq pits and the locations is very walkable (foodland within half a mile) Would recommend and come back!

The condo was welcoming and exceptionally well-equipped for everyone in our family group from the baby to the chefs. Likewise, the cove at the beach club was ideal for the beginning snorkelers as well as the more advanced. The access to the putting green, pools, and proximity to shopping made this property a perfect fit for us. It couldn’t have been better!

Had a wonderful time at Mauna Lani property. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Enough room for the eight of us. There were tons of beach gear in the garage. And the view from the upstairs master bedroom in the morning towards Mauna Kea was tremendous. Great place - highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved the outside area and used the spacious grill several times. The home was pretty well stocked with dishes, towels and cooking utensils. We especially appreciated all the snorkel equipment, boards, umbrella and beach chairs and towels available. I think we would come back to this home if we ever visited the island again. The Beach Park, 10 minutes away, was our go-to beach. It was amazing with calm waters so easy to swim and snorkel in with younger children. We also loved having lunch at the adjacent restaurant. The large pool in the community was a 5 minute walk away. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener for the car as you had to walk around the side of the house, open a locked door to open the garage. You had to do the reverse to close the garage door. Also, only one Beach Park pass was provided which sometimes made it difficult because our group of 8 didn’t always want to go to the Beach Park at the same time. The pass was needed to enter the Park with your car. 2 passes would be nice for a large group. Overall, this home provided a comfortable place for our family to enjoy and explore the Big Island. I want to come back. Thank you Heidi!

This home is well maintained, spotless and in a beautiful gated community in the Mauna Lani resort. We had 10 guests with my brother's family and mine, and it never felt crowded. Between the nice outdoor patio and the number of rooms, everyone had plenty of space. The home is well equipped, we had everything we needed for cooking and our time at the beach. The access to the beach club is really outstanding! It is a calm bay with warm, shallow water for kids but also plenty of coral just at the edge to snorkel and enjoy. We spent the 4th of July at the beach there and had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. The host had great communication and was very helpful. We had a outstanding experience overall!

The condo met all our needs; comfortable and clean bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, living room with plenty of seating and a lanai with BBQ for outside enjoyment. Heidi and Miguel’s property was centrally located, we used the private beach club, the Fairmont Beach, the Mauna Kea beach and Beach 69, Also having the pool and fitness centre just 2minutes away worked great! Lots of room for our family of 8, Made good use of the BBQ, private back yard, Kitchen was well stocked and the garage had lots of beach toys, snorkels boogie boards, Waikola is close, We made a ton of memories and spent lots of time in the Sun ☀️ Heidi and Miguel answered all our questions quickly and were great Hosts, Would definitely stay here again in the future, Mahalo

It was ideal for our family. The house is well stocked and we all enjoyed the location, more peaceful than some other resort areas. The visitors book gave detailed information, not only for the house and it's operations but for beaches, dining, shopping etc. Although we did not need the equipment, it was very well supplied for little ones as well. Plenty of beach gear, too. Birds, flowers and that beautiful breeze. A great relaxing holiday.
